Second greatest in my collection

One of the greatest watches in my collection. Delivery took less than 10 business days. Considering international shipping. Quality is impeccable and I get lots of compliments from its luxurious look. 10-10 recommended . Thanks Gtune

Customer service will ghost you!!

I ordered a G tune mods custom G shock watch. When the watch arrived, it was not what I ordered. The watch had a completely different color band than what I ordered and wanted (I’m not being picky as this is totally a custom order site). When I contacted the company to get the issue resolved I was met with silence. I then emailed them again. I got a response finally that stated that I would receive the correct color watch strap. It was never sent to me as promised and now I have gotten completely ghosted. Buyer beware. Just simply keep scrolling and shop somewhere else. This business does not stand behind its product.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the replacement strap.

We can confirm that your watch was delivered, and regarding the strap color, we acknowledged the mistake and informed you that we would send the correct strap free of charge. The replacement was sent from our side as promised.

Unfortunately, we did not receive any further communication from you after that, so we believed the replacement strap had been received successfully. Seeing this review, we now understand that this may not have been the case, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight.

We would like to clarify that we absolutely do stand behind our products and our customers. The fact that we sent the replacement strap free of charge is precisely because we wanted to correct the original mistake.

It is possible that there was an issue with the delivery of the replacement strap, and we would be more than happy to investigate this and resolve the situation for you.

G Tunes is a scam

G Tunes is a scam. I paid for a watch and they didn't send it. They claimed it was because of a supply issue. After a few months I asked for a refund. They said the refund was sent several times, but they didn't send it. I read many other reviews saying the same thing. They are a scam company.

Excellent communication and follow thru.

After a few issues with our banks declining the transactions everything was great. The banking issues were unfounded and G-Tune reached out immediately to inquiry about the problem. The watch was received and is great. Thank you G-Tune for a great watch. From the build to shipping to receiving the watch G-Tunes was very attentive. definitely would buy another.
