I ordered a Oneplus Watch 3 from the site. Everything was fine. The item was packaged well.

They are scamming peoples and buying 5 star reviews. Dont be an idiot like i was! Check out everything before ordering from this website. No update, no reply, my order is just processing and they are not shipping the parcel what i ordered at all which is on stock on the website! They arent help you!

Horrible customer support. Answers takes weeks and no actual solution. I have a deffected phone and no EU warranty. Would never buy again

J'ai commandé un oneplus 13, j'attends depuis le 6 mai et il n'a toujours pas été expédié contrairement au 3 jours ouvrés annoncé, il est difficile de contacter le service client qui ne répond pas au e-mail, je commence à sérieusement m'inquiéter.
Update: ils ont enfin répondu (19 mai) et envoyé le téléphone mais je n'apprécie guère ce manque de communication qui vous laisse dans le flou.

I ordered a product from Gshopper and, despite some initial concerns, the package was shipped and delivered as described. Unfortunately, I tried to contact the store via email several times and did not receive any response. Customer service definitely needs improvement, but the product itself was delivered and works as expected. The store is legitimate, but you need to be patient.

They refunded me (not fully based on what I can see from my bank statements) and canceled my order ten days later without any explanation. I sent an email to ask them why but it doesn't look like they will provide one.

Gerät( Roborock Dyad) ist während der Garantizeit kaputtgegangen, Reklamation wurde prompt beantwortet, allerdings mussten zahlreiche Mails mit Videos geschickt werden um dann ein Reperaturticket zu erhalten. Dies hat sich über Wochen hingezogen. Das Porto musste vorgestreckt werden wurde dann aber erstattet. Gerät kam nach etlichen Wochen nicht funktionstüchtig zurück. Bei erneuter Reklamtion das gleich; zahlreiche mails, Anforderung von Videos, einschicken, diesmal mit lable. Bei Rücksendung funktionierte das Gerät wenigstens kurz (2x), Nach der 3ten Reklamation wurde mir zunächst eine geringe Entschädigungszahlung angeboten die Ich aber nie erhalten habe. Auf Nachfrage wurde geantwortet, das die Kosten der bisherigen Reparaturversuche bereits den Wert des Gerätes überschritten hätten. Nach deutschem Recht hätte der Kaufpreis rückerstattet werden müssen, Zeitraum des ganzen Vorgangs insgesammt 6 Monate 11.24 - 4.25, und unzählige Mails. Absolut keine Empfehlung

Towar zamówiony, brak informacji od sprzedającego odnośnie potwierdzenia płatności, zapakowania przesyłki, i ciągły status “processing”. Brak odpowiedzi od supportu przez prawie 20 dni roboczych, mimo wysłanych paru maili. Jednym słowem - żart

Don't buy from this store!!! Scammers!!! I ordered a Google Pixel 7Pro phone. It arrived in July 2024. From the beginning there were problems with the display. Then the fingerprint reader stopped working. In December the display stopped working completely. After contacting support, everything went well. In January I sent the phone back to gshopper. Since then I get one answer a month. Once they write that they will refund the money, once that they will repair it. They are scammers!!! Two months have passed and I have neither money nor phone!!!
