They offer good products at good prices but after sales warranty is complicated…
They offer good products at good prices but when you need after sales support for a product that malfunctioned inside the warranty period with proof, I had a hard time till I get a replacement device (I was initially offered a partial refund but I was eligible for a replacement device, had to go through a dispute procedure with my bank to finally get offered a replacement device). I have bought from there before and I'd buy again, but the after sales support is something to keep in mind, especially for expensive devices

Daher alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Bzgl Garantie und Gewährleistung kann noch keine Aussage gemacht werden, ist noch nicht eingetreten.
