I recently purchased the OnePlus 15. I paid a few extra euros for the 180W EU charger, which unfortunately ended up not being included in my parcel. After contacting support, a new 180W EU charger was sent to me. I understand mistakes can happen, and the support team did all they could to resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction. I ordered the **Oppo Find X9 Ultra** as a pre-order from gshopper.com. As expected with a pre-order, delivery took a little longer, but I was kept perfectly informed the entire time with accurate updates on the order status and shipping progress.
The phone arrived exactly as promised: genuine global version. Since I requested the EU version, they didn’t just send a simple adapter they included an **extra EU-compatible charger head** along with the UK plug. The package also contained a protective case, which was a very nice bonus.
Compared to Hungarian retailers, this was a significantly better deal. Here you get the phone with both a charger and case included, while local stores sell it without accessories and their best price was still **130,000 HUF more expensive** than gShopper’s offer.
On top of that, after delivery their support team sent a follow-up email asking if I was satisfied with everything. That kind of care and after-sales attention is rare and much appreciated.
I am **extremely satisfied** with both the product and the service. I can confidently recommend gshopper.com to anyone looking for a reliable international seller. Great value, honest communication, and excellent customer care!

FRAUDS BEWARE!!!
Today is 12 May. Has anything changed since 7 February? Unfortunately not. I’m still without a phone and haven’t had any money refunded to my bank account. More than 3 months lies and promises from gshopper. Not only from ordinary employees, from managers and senior manager too.
As I’ve already mentioned, I don’t believe a single one of your promises. Is your PR ploy to save face simply to write: "We have conducted an investigation"? Was this just an isolated incident? With so many negative reviews? ‘Gshopper’s management has taken this matter very seriously’. Hahah, don't know whether to laugh or cry.
"On 16 April, colleagues from our Marketing Department came across your feedback on various social media platforms and investigated the matter. After reporting this to senior management, the issue was treated with the utmost seriousness. Following thorough verification, it was discovered that a member of staff had entered your refund details incorrectly, resulting in the delay to your refund. A dedicated specialist has been assigned to handle your case";
"On 17 April, the Finance Department confirmed that your refund request had been reprocessed and marked as completed".
So where’s my money?
Because you certainly haven’t refunded it. If it was just an incident earlier and a low-level employee made a mistake, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW that the whole ‘management team’ has got involved???
It looks like you need a different sort of investigation. One carried out by the police. I hope the owner finds out how his company operates and either sorts things out or shuts this shambolic business down. Stick your apologies where the sun don’t shine, and don’t offer discounts on future purchases. One experience with you is enough to ensure I'll never return and to warn others. Pick up your toys and go back to the sandpit. You are not serious and you don’t deserve to be trusted at all.
I’ve got better things to do than correspond with scammers. Let people know that making them wait more than three months for a refund is no problem for you...

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize again for the poor experience this entire situation has caused you. Based on your latest feedback, we conducted a thorough investigation, and we would now like to clarify the objective facts and current status of your case.
Regarding the “bank chargeback” process:
Before our internal investigation was completed, you had already contacted your bank and initiated a chargeback procedure yourself. Please understand that once a customer initiates a chargeback, the related funds are immediately frozen by the bank, and the merchant can no longer process a direct refund.
Regarding our actions and responsibilities:
On April 17, our finance department officially accepted your chargeback request through the payment provider. This means that we waived any dispute rights and fully accepted your refund request.
After that point, the entire process and timeline for releasing the funds and completing the refund became fully controlled by your issuing bank. We are no longer able to take any further action.
Regarding the communication issue:
Our case manager informed us that today he sent you, by email, the proof confirming that we accepted your chargeback request, as well as official screenshots showing that a direct refund is no longer possible due to the chargeback process. At the same time, he also noted that our email address appears to have been added to your blacklist, which prevented subsequent email communication from being delivered successfully.
The current situation is as follows: we have already completed all procedures required on the merchant side — namely, accepting your chargeback request. At this stage, the only way to accelerate the refund process is for you to contact your issuing bank directly and ask them to process this approved chargeback case as soon as possible. Both we and the payment provider are currently waiting for instructions from the bank, and unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do on our side.
We fully understand your disappointment and frustration. However, please understand that when you chose to proceed through a bank chargeback instead of a direct merchant refund, this effectively meant choosing a bank-led legal and financial process, which usually takes significantly longer to complete. We respect your choice, and we have fulfilled all obligations required from our side.
We still sincerely hope that you will receive your refund as soon as possible.

Oneplus 13
In Order # WSG000063349 i bought a Oneplus 13 device with Oxygen OS. Device was unable to make a firmware update. When I bought it, it was written on their site:"when the new firmware of oneplus 13 will be released we will help you install the new firmware"
After a very long period of time and 25+ emails until today, they stopped answering me. Never help me to install the new firmware AND never accept to give me an address in order to send it back for repair or refund. Notice I am a customer with hundreds of orders from Gshopper. After this I stopped doing business with them. I have reported the case to the official Oneplus Company without results.
If anyone has a good lawyer please let me know.
UPDATE after seller respond:
From 1 June 2025 till 15 January 2026 Gshopper Never accept to give me an address in order to send the new and unused device back for repair or refund. I have all communications in my email. My Lawyer has all emails too.

At the time of purchase, we clearly stated that the OnePlus 13 ROM does not support flashing. Attempting to flash the device yourself may result in it being locked; furthermore, faults arising from such unauthorised flashing are not covered by the warranty.
If you still wish to have the device repaired, we can contact the supplier on your behalf to discuss possible solutions.
