Keine Antwort auf Ticket; 2 mal geschrieben. China Neujahr kam und ging, aber leider immer noch keine antwort zu meinem Global Rom Problem beim OnePlus 13. Vorsicht

Bought a Oneplus 13 device with Oxygen OS. They write big on their site, GLOBAL, Oxygen OS, but this is bullshit. It is a version, which doesn't work really nice. After I got the first OTA Update, my mobile and data connection was gone. Looked it up and yes, on XDA Forum, everybody says that. It has to do with the modem of the Chinese version. OK, but they don't tell one and even worst, they don't help. Wrote them a couple of times and nothing, they not answering at all. So worst support service ever and worst information infront of a sale.

Il 31/01/2025 il telefono è arrivato, ma senza la confezione morbida in cui era avvolto. Per il resto lo schermo sostituito sembra di funzionare.

27/01/2024 Due giorni fa il venditore GShopper mi ha contattato per informarmi che lo schermo del mio cellulare è stato sostituito. Tuttavia, nonostante i miei tentativi di capire se il ricambio installato sia originale, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Questo è grave, considerando che il prodotto da me acquistato era originale. #OneplusRicambi
Inoltre, hanno creato un'etichetta di spedizione assicurandomi che è già partita, ma dal tracking risulta che il pacco non è ancora stato affidato al corriere.
Infine, in una delle loro email, mi hanno anche chiesto di rimuovere la mia recensione negativa su Trustpilot. #GshopperRecensioniFalse

18/01/2024 Sono spariti, non rispondono più. Ho fatto una denuncia alla Polizia di Hong Kong. Vedremo che fine farà il mio cellulare.

15/01/2024 Ho acquistato un OnePlus 12 su Gshopper a marzo 2024. All'inizio sembrava tutto a posto, ma dopo alcuni mesi ho scoperto un difetto di fabbrica: alcuni pixel morti sullo schermo vicino alla cornice. Usando spesso la modalità scura, non me ne ero accorto subito. Il cellulare non è mai caduto né ha subito urti, ed è sempre stato protetto. Cercando online, ho scoperto che non sono l’unico ad avere questo problema con lo schermo del OnePlus 12, un difetto inaccettabile per un telefono che costa quasi 1000 euro.

Il vero incubo, però, è iniziato con il supporto di Gshopper. Mi è stato chiesto di spedire il telefono a Hong Kong, nonostante dichiarino di avere magazzini in Europa. Il telefono è stato consegnato a Gshopper il 2 gennaio 2025 e da allora è iniziata una vergognosa serie di email: scuse per festività, promesse di analisi rapide, poi un’email in cui mi garantivano che avrei ricevuto il telefono entro il 15 gennaio, seguita da altre scuse e ulteriori rinvii.

Ho inviato una mail ufficiale avvisandoli che sarei ricorso alle vie legali, ma non hanno nemmeno risposto.
Gshopper può sembrare conveniente per i prezzi, ma se dovesse verificarsi un difetto di fabbrica, vi troverete in una situazione come la mia. Evitateli a tutti i costi!

Im November 2022 kaufte wir bei ebay einen Roborock Saugroboter. Ende 2023 fingen die ersten Probleme an. Die Absturzsensoren schlugen ständig Alarm. Obwohl es keine sichtlichen Probleme gab. Anfang 2024 nahm ich dann Kontakt auf. Nach langem hin und her und Einsendung von Beweisvideos, wurde mir vorgeschlagen, das Gerät nach Polen zur Reparatur einzusenden. Ich müsste aber erst mal den Versand bezahlen, der mir nach Übersendung der Sendungsnummer und der Einlieferungsquittung erstattet werden sollte. Etwas hin und hergerissen, habe ich Anfang August 2024 alles verpackt und mit Hermes an die genannte Anschrift geschickt. Die Versandkosten wurden mir zeitnah erstattet. So weit so gut. Am 17.09.24 habe ich mich nach dem Bearbeitungsstand erkundigt. Es hieß dann, ich sollte mich noch gedulden, man würde noch auf Antwort des Dienstleisters. Mitte Oktober wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass das Paket immer noch nicht beim Dienstleister angekommen sei. Ein Nachforschungsauftrag bei Hermes ergab dann, dass das Paket am 9.8.24 zugestellt wurde. Diese Aussage reicht gshopper aber nicht und möchte einen schriftlichen Nachweis. Wir haben nun noch einmal eine letzte Frist gesetzt, aber es ist sehr fraglich, ob wir den Roboter jemals wiederbekommen.
Fazit: Augen auf beim Schnäppchenkauf!

Ich habe von ihnen ein Handy bestellt. Alles ging problemlos bis ich gemerkt habe, dass das Handy nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich habe mein Problem bei Kundendienst gemerkt, aber die wollten mein Problem gar nicht anerkennen. Kurz und Knapp: viele E-Mails wurde geschickt, lange und anstrengende Korrespondenz. Ich hab dann das Handy für Reparatur zurück geschickt. Reparatur = ich habe einen mit Handy aufgenommenen circa 10 sekunden lange Video nach ein paar Tagen vom Kundendienst bekommen. Im Video kann man den Bildschirm von einem Handy sehen als ein Speedtest darauf läuft. Es war das Reparatur. Lächerlich. Danach haben sie festgestellt, dass mein Handy hat kein Problem, funktioniert einwandfrei. Letztes Schwertstoß: sie wollten mir die Kosten von zurück Sendung nicht bezahlen, weil "das Handy kein Fehler hatte".

Fazit: billige Webshop, aber wenn man mit einem Artikel etwas Problem hat, kann man seine Rechte bestimmt nicht durchsetzen.

Nie wieder bestelle ich davon und ich empfehle ihnen absolute nicht!

Fiz o pedido WSG000050404 no dia 14/09/24 e ele chegou ontem dia 24/10/2024. O produto chegou mais ele não liga, não funciona. Mandei um email para o support com um vídeo mostrando o defeito do produto. Mas até agora não tive resposta.

I ordered an item more than a month ago, but the time for delivery was 14 days. I wrote them and I am waiting for their reply for five days now and no response.

I ordered Govee lights as advertised but received cheap fairy lights. When I asked for a returns label as they had sent incorrectly they told me company policy does not allow return labels to be sent. This is criminal. DO NOT BUY from these people. They are now asking me to remove my feedback as PayPal made them refund the money.

Horrible quality. Does not stand behind product. Ordered Green Bay Packer NFL short set...received it with the LA Raiders name on them! When I asked for refund due to this defect, they said sorry "my expectations weren't met" WHAT??? Didn't receive full refund because you have to pay to return to CHINA! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!

This laptop is super fast! It is still running smoothly for even the most complex of programs including Photoshop and video production software. Once again, this laptop proves to be an extreme value for the hardware capabilities!
