Plant looks amazing although never grown a tc so will see how goes but great packaging and information as well.

I have been buying from GT for a while. The plants come in an excellent condition, very well wrapped, do not have any pests. Customer service is also very good if you need to contact.

Over the past couple of months I’ve started to increase my plant collection and have had some good and bad experiences… then I found Grow Tropical!

From start to finish their service is 5 stars! From the spectacular selection of plants and amazing prices to the fast safe secure delivery! I can’t shout about them enough!

The team themselves are helpful and knowledgeable and I love the community they’re setting up on the social media apps that keep you up to date with new deliveries and the people on there fabulous!

The team at GrowTropicals are amazing! I have purchased many plants from them and they always arrive perfectly wrapped and safe. I’ve contacted their customer support team a couple of times asking for advice and they have been very supportive and helpful. Great customer service and fantastic products!

Grow Tropicals is without a doubt the best houseplant shop in the UK. The selection is fantastic, plants always come healthy and beautifully packed. Customer service is second to none. I honestly can’t praise them enough.
And now they have become the Doc Block distributor for the UK! That’s says a lot about their ethic and quality. Highly recommended.

Order arrived 24hrs after dispatch, the plants were SO well packaged and could not have been secured more, plenty of padding to protect the leaves. Delivery was even quicker than estimated. Plants were all healthy, great sizes with new growth and blooms. The free plant was also very healthy!

Took quite a while to arrive, don’t get me wrong it was shipped within their economy delivery timeframe but they waited until the 5th day to ship it so all in all with their shipping policy it took over a week to arrive from ordering. I suppose I just expected quicker shipping given the reviews, especially when I’ve ordered from other plant websites and they’ve arrived 1-2 days after ordering.
Somehow, the plants arrived in okay condition because they were all wedged in the same box that was too small which resulted in the pots being completely misshapen. I wasn’t planning on repotting them, just putting the nursery pots into decorative ones but given the bad shape I’m gonna have to repot them all which is disappointing. Only one plant dropped about a third of its leaves during shipping.
Not the worst experience but I did expect better given the reviews, I think I’ll only ever order again if they have plants that other websites don’t have but they won’t be my first choice.

Upon further inspection, the zz plant I got was so horribly rootbound that it ended up distorting its pot out sideways. It was more root than it was soil. Disappointing

The two plants I ordered came well wrapped and protected. They are in really good condition nothing broken either. Considering it was a bank holiday they came really quickly. Good updates on delivery too. I will definitely buy from Grow Tropical again.

First time ever buying plants online so I was a bit skeptical and felt like I was taking a major risk. However I am over the moon. Bought 3 plants and next day immediately got more. Had a slight delivery issue and I got an immediate response full delivery refunded and plants delivered on next day delivery for free. Really incredible customer service. My plants are so beautiful and healthy and the price is incredible considering what I actually got. First parcel came with a £5 gift card too. The reward system seems very good aswell. I will definitely be buying again for the foreseeable future. I am extremely pleased. Absaloutly everything was perfect. Even after a slight shipping issue with one of the orders it was rectified extremely quickly and pleasantly. Would 100% reccoment

I was a little nervous ordering as its my first time ordering from grow tropics. But the plants i got were gorgeous! Bigger than i expected even though they were 7cm. Well packed, when i was concerned they would arrive while i was away they reassured me of their arrival date. Would deffo recommend, would love to see them sell some aquatic plants to!

I ordered a few plants for next-day delivery, but unfortunately they didn’t arrive as expected. Jess from the customer service team reached out, apologised, refunded the delivery cost, and arranged a new delivery date of my choice. I’m very impressed with the customer service and look forward to receiving my plants!

Speedy dispatch and my beautiful plants arrived none the worst for wear after their journey . I'm very happy with them & they look stunning.

Beautiful plants - really well packaged, although my first order of baby 6” Alocasias were a little damaged and lost some leaves in travel from the sister brand which is the risk, but they very soon shot me new ones when settled. The larger Lukiwan in same order was outstanding and stands front centre of stage. Have since grown my collection with a larger Silver Dragon and Dragon scale and a stunning (flowering) Rasta, which are so far showing they are happy in their new home under a Sansia bar and humidifier in living room on its stand. Shoots appearing as we speak.

Stunning plants, will order again.
