The online process was seamless, once I had placed the order I received a phone call asking me if I received everything I needed and asked if I needed support for the filters they require. The gentleman was very professional and polite.

Problem with a GrowLight
Had a problem with a led grow light I bought from here several months back. Needless to say the light did fine for awhile then started acting up. I emailed the manufacturer numerous times before I got a reply that my emails were being sent to a junk folder by mistake and that they’d send out a new dimmer switch. Got the switch and installed it and the light started acting worse. So sent email after email since apparently they go to the junk folder hoping to get a reply. Finally I decided to email GrowLight Central about my issues and if they could possibly help me get it resolved. Anthony replied back very quickly and asked for the serial number of the light. Sent the pic and next thing I know I have a new replacement on its way.3 days to be exact. He also finished with saying that next time I have an issue go to him first. If I would’ve done that to begin with I would’ve had my problem resolved about 4-5 days sooner. So lessons learned. Contact GrowLight Central first with any problem you might have from a product you purchased from their site and secondly just purchase my products from them so I can utilize their great customer service and great prices.Old school American service from a fantastic company.

I ordered my light online, literally 3 days later it was in my hand. How ridiculous is that!!!! I mean it helps when the location that ships me the light is literally less then 30 miles away 😏, I recommend this company to any one. You will get your product quick regardless how far away u are!!! 👍

I had a slight problem with my order (my fault) and after recieving my package I realized I was missing some items. I reached out to growlightcentral and they were very quick to respond and help remedy the situation.
I will absolutely be purchasing from this company again, as well as recommending it to all my fellow growers.

Great Company
Ordered the photontek x465w pro. They had the best price on the web hands down plus being a new customer a was given a discount code which reduced the price further. Was scheduled to be here on a Saturday but received it the Friday before. Haven’t used the light yet. Probably another month before I have the space available but figured I’d better get it now before grow light prices go up along with everything else. All in all very satisfied and highly recommend this company.
