Hen Party Feb 2024
My daughter’s bridesmaid booked our hen party with Groupia in Belfast with activities Feb this year. Cannot fault anything with this company! The accommodation was perfect, ALL activities were brilliant! We all had an amazing weekend.
The payment plan is perfect to help everyone on a budget.
From booking to the actual event, could not fault anything!
My recommendation - do not hesitate to use this company for any events.

Golf Trip - Vilamoura
We were booking a last minute golf trip, we contacted Groupia and both Tom and Ellie were extremely helpful throughout. I couldn’t recommend booking through Groupia enough, very well communicated at every stage and easy once we arrived in Portugal with transfer, golf courses etc.
We only got back on Monday and are already looking to book for next year.

Amazing communication
As its my first time planning a hen do I have been completely lost & have had so many questions to ask. Both Jamie (bath specalost) & stephine events manager,have responded in no time as well as explaining everything thoroughly in a professional manner. Thankyou for all your help.

Great hen weekend
Very easy to book online and the ability for each guest to pay individually was perfect! Hotel was beautiful and very accommodating. Escape rooms were a great activity and the whole group loved it. Vicki was our link with the company and she was always available online to deal with any queries. X

Lies to secure booking
Stay away from this company! They lie to get you to book and then go back on their assurances.
We booked on the assurance we could change the karaoke to a silent disco.
We have now been told they cannot do that. The first lie was because of the location. However then said they could do it for £150.
False promises to secure the booking. You have missold the package which breaks T&Cs of sale.
It is not the customers issue that your team did not change this at point of booking and are now saying its too late. That is an admin company error. This is not "misscommunication"
You should be honouring what you promised and taking the hit on your commission.
Appalling company, appealing service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review – we’re sorry to hear you have had a disappointing experience with us.
When your Lead Organiser, Taylor, originally enquired, the enquiry was for Karaoke Hire.
Taylor expressed interest in changing this to a Silent Disco, but it was explained that we didn’t yet have this product in the Oxford area. We would, however, be looking to get this set up over the coming weeks, so if she wanted to change this later down the line this could be possible as long as any changes are made before your final balance deadline on the 03/03/24.
Unfortunately, when Taylor reached out to make these changes it was the 15/03/24 and therefore too late for any amendments to be made as the final balance deadline had passed and everything had been confirmed with suppliers.
I understand that this was frustrating for your group, so we offered to book the Silent Disco for you at a heavily discounted rate of £100 (£7 per person), so you can proceed with both activities – we are waiting on Taylor to confirm how she wishes to proceed, but please rest assured we are committed to helping you all have a fantastic weekend.
Once again, I am sorry for any disappointment caused and we will wait to hear from Taylor regarding how you wish to proceed.
