Ellie had everything arranged for my mates stag to Liverpool.
Any changes she was always near at hand to help out.
The food in Revolution at Albert Dock was fantastic, everyone in the group was delighted with it.
We had planned to get to clubs too but unfortunately we did not venture to them.
I would recommend Ellie and all the staff if you plan on organising a stag weekend to Liverpool.

Groupia were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire stag planning process! Across several months of preparing, we had a lot of niche and intricate requests, and our Groupia contact was always very quick to respond with clear answers and updates. We booked a number of experiences, and each was exactly as we expected and sometimes even better. I'd highly recommend Groupia for any best men or grooms planning a stag do!

I organised my stag do through this company firstly we planned go karting and then we it was planned we would go to vodka revolution in Liverpool

Go karting was fine and everyone was on a high then when we arrived at vodka revolution getting told there was no reservation for us all at all even though I should them all booking references, along with the security guard being very rude and on his high horse ( before anyone says we wasn't drunk neither as we weren't allowed to drink priory to go karting we was planning on starting our drinking within vodka revolution) once this happened it wrecked the whole day and added more expenses which people shouldn't had to pay for after paying for it already

After contacting the company it was stated we would only receive 15 pound back for a 2 course meal and a drink as appantly this company has made a lose on this booking which I highly doubt

I would refuse to use this company again and would recommend anyone using them

Booked with this company for a stag do , activities and a meal. All going well till we turned up for our meal at vodka revolutions to be told “ wait there you can come in later “ by a very aggressive bouncer who clearly spent to much time watching UFC.

After explaining to this neanderthal we had a booking he finally went to get a manager.

The manager looked on the system to tell us there is “ no booking so tough really. “ we had shown the booking email we had received and again was told “nothing I can do “

While the rest of the stag group waited the neanderthal continued to be aggressive towards us with random outbursts of “ move” “go away” all through gritted teeth in a pathetic attempt to intimate us.

Now am sure people with think oh it’s a stag do they were all drunk. I can assure you we were not. We have been go karting previous and headed straight to the restaurant.

So after being told we had no booking we tried to call the groupia who we booked all this with. Oh and what a surprise the don’t work weekend.

So here we were stuck at the Albert dock hungry disappointed.

We managed to find a half decent restaurant at 8:30 to have something to eat. As being a Saturday night everywhere was booked.

We raised our issues with groupia who offered us £15 back as some sort of good will gesture

Thanks to this awful company they single handedly ruined the stag do.

Do your self a favour and avoid this company it’s not worth using them and letting them ruin your special occasion

I recently had to cancel a booking I had made for a group of 12 to celebrate my sisters 30th Birthday. However my sister was diagnosed with cancer and has to undergo invasive treatment to which I forwarded the treatment schedule to Groupia as she will obviously be unable to have any sort of celebration and we have no idea if she will even be able to have any sort of celebration in the near future. Groupia misled me when I took out payment protection and have o formed me that it doesn’t cover the £20 deposit paid by each of the 12 guests. I think in these exceptional circumstances reasonable adjustments could be made on this one occasion. Even if the money, which is sitting on their account could be given to a cancer charity I would rather that than just losing it.

So helpful and managed to find our experience at the price we needed!!

Simon was so helpful and answered all my questions making the booking process so easy. The responses were always very quick so I never felt like I was having to chase a response.
