Groomi Limited Omdömen

Poor service from Manon
Dishonest and harsh .
I do not recommend this company

I cannot believe I have been fooled yet again. The advert illustrates one using the glove backwards and forwards to pick up all the shed hair off furniture from our pets. So I ordered one. Yes in principal it works except my hand isn't big enough to fit this glove or to keep it on.
I have contacted the company twice now, I get an acknowledgement of message & it will be dealt with in 48 hours. WRONG, I'm still waiting.
I have even asked how they keep the glove on in the video they show.

I have a long haired double coated German Shepherd and this comb is amazing. Had a Furminator and he would tolerate it for a short time but with the Groomi he actually just chills out and lets me brush him.

Amazing product and great service. Product arrived very quickly!

Great communication, arrived promptly and a great price. I especially like the fact they champion British manufacturing and the best bit is that this is an unbelievable product. Very happy with the whole experience - excellent work folks.

The product was excellent.i was imformed of the delivery. The product done exactly what it was supposed to do...Very pleased with the product and the service..

Very pleased with this item easy to use and desheds my dogs easily

Huge excitement when I unpacked the new Bed. Initially I thought the bed was too small for my young Flatcoat. However, after he had given it a good "gurrying", he settled onto it & fell asleep, demonstrating how calm it made him.
I like how easy it is to move from room to room.

I've tried a variety of other pet grooming brushes and tis is the only one that actually gets all of the loose hair out! So much better for us and the cat. Thank you!

Great product, easy to use and hold. Really gets the hair off my black Labrador

Used on my lab .he loved it

Contacted Groomi before I ordered and informed them what dyson I had. I was told that as long as I purchased an adapter it would work. Received package but guess what... did not fit with my dyson. After many emails was told I could not return product for a credit note and to have a great day. This company has absolutely given false information & stolen my money through no fault of mine.

Still no reply from Groomi. Customer service is non existent. Have had several genetic emails asking me for a review and how the product has changed my life. I keep sending my reviews to them but they're never posted. I now understand how the reviews on their website are so high... they only count and post the good ones.

Didn't work for our Westie, hardly removed anything, yes brushing still did, the shallow comb seems more suited to short haired animals. The detangle brush also wasn't man enough for the job either. Had to pay to return and there is no automatic return process on website, you had to email, so lost out financially. Always better to pay by PayPal for protection.

Brilliant product! I use this on my five longhaired weimaraners regularly. I’ve tried so many brushes over the last 30 plus years and the Groomi is by far the best! We also use it in our boarding kennels with our guests and owners are amazed when they go home as to how much dead hair has been removed!

product for hairy horse, will include in our groom kit.

Totally brilliant. First brush my dog has even tolerated let alone enjoyed

I was sceptical at first as I’d tried many grooming products on my Frenchie but this item has topped anything I’ve bought previously, highly recommend the groomi

Quality product that's done a great job of removing all of the loose hair from our Labrador. Would recommend 100%

Easy to read Web site with good list of quality goods on offer. Very please with de-hairing comb for my Cocker Spaniel. Have used several times since arrival and my dog seems to enjoy getting combed. Great results, removing a fair amount of dead hair.

Great communication, excellent product
