Groomi Limited Omdömen

Groomi sent the item well packaged and quickly.
The blade fits into the tool i already have. I have been using Groomi for a couple of years now and its the only grooming tool i use on my sensitive skinned puggle.

It's helpful about undercoat of my cat.

I am yet to receive either my product or a refund from my July order after a disappointing delivery experience. Despite being here at the time, the parcel was not delivered (they could simply have left it) and then they wanted to charge me for redelivery! When I refused they went quiet and have not replied to my previous 3 emails.
Terrible customer service.

The ordering is straightforward and the cat treats were delivered very speedily, which was great as they were running out! My cat will actually eat these treats amongst her usual biscuits although the coat ones only after first whetting her apetite with the calming treats. A good product that appears to help her. Thankyou.

Great product . Couldn't believe how good it works .

I’d seen the ads but wasn’t sure how well the groomi would work with my bullmastiff. It works amazingly!! So much undercoat removed it was awesome.

I have tried various brushes and combs for our dog, a Labrador retriever, and all have left shedding hair behind.
Groomi just does it first time. I was amazed at the amount that brushed out when used. Milo is super comfortable now and stands more relaxed when using his Groomi.
Followed recommendations from the owners group on FB, something I wouldn't normally do, but the collective mind pointed me to this comb, and I will recommend it to any who ask.

Prompt service, well packaged. Dogs now well groomed!

I purchased a Groomi tool a few years ago and have absolutely loved using it for grooming my dog, so recently I ordered replacement blades as normal. Unfortunately, when I went to replace the blade, the screw just kept turning and wouldn’t come out, meaning I couldn’t fit the new blade.
I contacted Groomi customer service and they were incredibly helpful from the start, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting advice to try and resolve the issue. When it became clear that the screw wasn’t going to come out, they immediately offered to replace the tool if I returned it to them.
Throughout the process, they were extremely apologetic and explained that this was a very rare fault they hadn’t encountered before. Not only did they send me a brand new replacement tool, but they also included an extra blade free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
I already loved the Groomi tool itself and highly recommend it for dog grooming, but the exceptional customer service has made me an even bigger fan of the company. A fantastic product backed by a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Thank you again!

Amazing product! Wish I’d bought one sooner!

Great product! Effective, easy to use & my dog loved it too. Thankyou for your speedy delivery & making such a great grooming tool. 😀

Absolutely love this product! Had something similar before but this one is superb! Dog loves it! Literally a whole bag of hair & that was after a 5 minute groom, my dog is a dashador so has a thick coat especially round the collar & knickers & this helped thin it out a treat

£20 for a de-shedding brush that's little more than a lump of plastic (the 'handle') and a row of shallow teeth no bigger than the tear edge of supermarket tinfoil. The sales hype promised much. The product doesn't deliver. So it's back to a normal -and better- metal toothed comb for our Border Terriers. They didn't rate this piece of junk either.

Our Labrador has been itching for days now but we were away on holiday so didn’t have a brush or mitt to help her. We went into a pet shop and the Groomi deshedder was recommended. Now we have never used a comb etc on her - only ever a hand mitt which she never really liked but this deshedder she absolutely loves!! Just stands there and lets me comb her and the amount of dead fur that I have managed to take off is phenomenal. I really can’t express how good this is. Well worth the money and made in the UK too!!

Such a great product for my elderly dog who HATES being brushed/combed. The product is well made and does the job amazingly!

I really hate businesses that add shipping protection with your order as an option you need to untick. I accidentally forgot to untick the shipping protection box and consequently have paid more for my order. This is a sneaky additional cost as Australia Post offers free shipping protection for orders under $100. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Bought this on the basis of what seemed like good reviews only to find it is hopeless at deshedding my black labrador's coat. Gone back to the deshedding comb I bought off eBay for half the price of the Groomi. Would return it but the company put on so many conditions it will cost more to send back!

I love it, fab on cat & lab

Brilliant product and great customer service.

Ive had a groomi for a few years now & just purchased another ! We have 2 bengals and this takes all the loose fur straight from them ! Best brush ive ever had!
