Gribbon and Pelham Chartered Surveyors Omdömen

Easy to arrange, speedy, thorough, immediate personal update by surveyor.

very good company, quick and efficient, very thorough, and consultative.

Great communication throughout from everyone involved in the process and most importantly, we had a good discussion to compliment the report that helped us understand what needed addressing vs were nice to haves.

Excellent service and communication throughout. The report received was very thorough and easy to understand. Thank you.

Thorough and efficient, very helpful in guiding me through the survey process as a first time buyer.

Very Efficient Service. Produced a very clear and concise report.

Professionalism, excellent customer service, very friendly staff with a guiding hand through the processes to a novice like me. Nothing was too much trouble.

I found Gribbon and Partners to be very quick and efficient. Their fees were in line with expectations and all members of staff I spoke to were happy and helpful. I received a verbal report on my survey on the day it was done, which was really helpful as it meant I could make a quick decision on a property whilst waiting for the full report.

Very efficient, excellent service

We used Gribbon and Pelham for a home buyers survey. The resulting report was well detailed and with us just two days after the survey. On the day we had Antony call us to give us a summary and ask some questions. Process was incredibly smooth and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

Tony was fantastic and was on hand to answer any questions I had once the report was completed. Highly recommend!

Easy to deal with and communicate, great professionalism throughout the house survey process, and detailed reporting.

The survey appointment was booked in quickly and completed as planned. The surveyor gave verbal feedback on the same day as completing the survey which was extremely helpful. The written report was completed in good time and was very thorough. All the staff we dealt with have been extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything happened as and when it should and I was kept fully informed.

We recieved excellent, friendly, and very professional service from the first contact and Gribbon Pelham kept us updated throughout both by phone and email. We would recommend this company without hesitation

Tony is extremely professional, clear and efficient. He has surveyed our last two house purchases and I would recommend him and his team whole-heartedly.

G&P provided a great Level 3 survey for a property for us. They were able to turn around the survey promptly and their report was very detailed, well structured and well explained.

Tony gave us plenty of time to run through the report prior to finalising and we look forward to a further meeting to discuss some areas that are outside of our expertise and need explaining.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use G&P again and would highly recommend their services.

We’ve been so impressed with the service provided by the whole team at Gribbon and Pelham. All their communication was very quick and the survey was booked within days of initially contacting them. The inspection and report were very thorough and the surveyor took the time to give a clear, verbal update before the written report was ready. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. 100% recommend.
