Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Never received my order nor got a refund issued as was promised by their customer service team. Im not the first person this has happened to either as other reviews state the same thing happened to them. I had to contact my bank to get them to do a chargeback just to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.
Lovely products not seen elsewhere, well packed and delivered promptly.

Received a defective Bestie water bottle which was a potential choking hazard for my son. Sent it back nearly a month ago at my own cost and haven’t received a refund. Have tried emailing customer service but no response.

We were happy to accept the return and there was never any dispute regarding this. Once the item was returned to us and received back, we processed your refund within 2 days.
We’re sorry if there has been any confusion around the timescale, as the period between initially reporting the issue and the item being received back by us was outside of our control. We have communicated throughout and were happy to resolve the matter as soon as the return reached us.

I found Greenkidscollective while searching the web for a good supplier of young children's soft toys for my grandson. This company have been a pleasure to deal with supplying a nicely made kids dinosaur which arrived without delay and was really well packed, my grandson loves it. The bonus is they are an eco friendly supplier and based on my first order experience I absolutely recommend them.
