Greenco Property Group  Omdömen

Prompt and first class service for helping with my purchase.

Greenco Liverpool have been our letting agent while renting our terraced house in the outskirts of Liverpool for 4 years.
The maintenance team were extremely responsive and swift with any issues.
The contracts team/letting managers were always fair and easy to communicate with.
I have been renting for 10 years now in the UK with various companies and I would say I would choose Greenco Liverpool anytime!

My partner and I have just relocated from Australia and are now renting our dream home, all thanks to Greenco.
Megan, Lucy, Isabelle, and Laura made this experience an absolute dream and we could not be more grateful!
Thank you so much Greenco!!

Honestly Lois helped so much with all of my questions during my process, this is my first time moving and renting out a property and he made the move really easy for myself.
The company is a really great company and I would definitely recommend anyone to look through this company. I have nothing but great feedback to give.

A really good estate agents, from viewing to contract signing and moving in they made the process as simple and easy as possible. Making the move a lot less stressful thankyou Laura,Lara,Lucy and Meghan.

When you call you get little or no response. Very poor management.

Great viewing with lewis jennions highly appreciated

The eviction of challenging tenants from my medium-sized HMO property in Warrington has been resolved with the assistance of Greenco Martin and his team. Their expertise and dedication to provide property management services have really impressed me. They send their excellent staff to visit the property, communicate with the tenants, and perform maintenance in a very efficient and effective manner. As a foreign landlord, Greenco is a reliable and supportive real estate firm. I sincerely appreciate your professional assistance in addressing the property issue. With their expert guidance and assistance, I would like to grow my portfolio in the UK. I would suggest their services to my UKPOA friends!

Hannah, Louis and Dixon are extremely helpful throughout the process of my purchase

Yesterday morning I couldn't get my combi boiler working so I emailed Wiktoria, the Maintenance Coordinator at Greenco in Salford who was very friendly and helpful. I gave a few details about the error codes the boiler was showing and in next to no time she had arranged for the gas engineers to visit. The engineers turned up promptly and were able to fix the boiler issue in around 15 to 20 minutes. Fast, friendly and efficient service all round! A big thank you to Wiktoria and the engineers.

Great viewing with Lois

Today I have great experience . Everything exactly at time.
Very kindly staff the name is Lewis Jennions.
I have great conversation about the property Auburn road Liverpool.
Thanks!

Building wide water issues - both hot and cold being off a couple times for upto a week.
Building wide fire alarm issues - if one apartment goes off, it will trigger the whole building to go off, which will happen at all hours.
Package thefts from both break-ins and other residents.
Homeless issue - irregularly inside, but constantly on the outside.
Mixed ventilation issues - non-existent or failing when needed in rooms that don't include windows.
Vague evasive communications that don't reassure, but in fact lead to conflict/stress/worry.
Not worth the cost for what is provided, nor for the hassle.

Didn't show up to a viewing, waited for 25 minutes, called 9 times before I finally got through and they tried to fob me off with conflicting excuses.
Will probably reply to this review with some misspelt, copypasted nonsense about being "extremally sorry".

Megan and Lucy were very helpful and made the process really easy moving into my new property
