We contacted Andrew who was extremely professional and was very helpful. We brought a Mercedes and after a few days did have some significant problems that should have been checked before delivering the car , anyhow Andrew was very quick to get these issues sorted and supplied with a hire car. We were very pleased with his service. We got the car back and noticed again some problems , one being major that the roof was not screwed on properly , again the service was very good getting this sorted and another hire car was supplied. We have had the car back about 2 weeks now and so far all is ok and they did pay for a winter health check for us which was appreciated but given all the problems we had this was a fair gesture. I am a little disappointed I have not had a follow up call to check all ok and never received the vouchers promised as a gesture of goodwill for all our initial problems !!! I would use this company again but feel a little disappointed that this issues even happened and the proper pre checks were not done to prevent this.

From start to finish Sue and Andrew ware very helpful. the whole process was as smooth and as painless as you can imagine. having being fed up with owning a used car, we decided to go for a lease and me and my fiance will most likely used Green Apple Leasing again.

Poor communication. Slow response time, didn’t answer questions I had. Not treated like a potential customer. Credit check passed - 9 days before 1 car was sent across by email for me to look at. Didn’t hit most of my wish list. Wasted 3 weeks. Very poor, will be looking elsewhere. Competitor has done more in 2 days than Green Apple did in 3 weeks! I would not recommend.

Fantastic service from the very first call. I had quite specific requests and Andrew kept me updated regularly with availability until I made my decision. Once I made my choice the car was with me within the week, on the date I requested. Green Apple will be the first company I contact when it's time to replace the current car.

Very easy to arrange. Andrew was extremely helpful and informative. He made it as easy as getting a new car can be. The car was very nice and was the kind of car I wanted. I just got the car a few days ago and all is well so far.
The good point about green Apple leasing is that one person follows you from start to finish.
