The resort itself was nice
The resort itself was nice. Could use extra cleaning in certain places especially the pool, DISGUSTING…looks like it is never clean. The people that work there need a customer service class, shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to ask for anything or ask any questions. There were a few bartenders Jonas and the omlet guy were fantastic. Would return to Curacao just prob not that resort.

Our first experience with Great Value…
Our first experience with Great Value Vacations and we received timely emails, and travel reservations. We were able to find our Delta reservation on the app and the vouchers were readily accepted by the hotel.
The hotel was undergoing renovations and housekeeping was rather limited, but overall the property was nice.

Amazing vacation
Overall, our experience was phenomenal. All of the representatives from Great Value were amazing. I will start with a few minor negatives. Out first hotel stay in Athens was at the Polis Grand hotel. The rooms were ok but the staff were not very accommodating. We felt more like a nuisance to them. Our hotel in Crete-Olmipic Hotel Heraklion was the absolute worst!!! The showers didn’t drain, and the actual nozzle didn’t stay on the wall. The night we were there, there was a group of kids that ran the hall all night pounding on doors and were so loud. This continued throughout the night even at 7 am when we finally checked out. Contacting the front desk did nothing to help. I would highly recommend Great Value to partner with a different hotel. On the positive side-Mykonos Beach hotel was great. The staff were very nice. The location was phenomenal with it being located just outside of Mykonos town and we had a beach directly across from it. We were within walking distance to all of the amazing sights without the noise when it was time for a rest. The cherry on top. The Star Hotel in Santorini. There are not enough good things to say about this place. The hotel is family run by Angelo and his son Lucas. They went above and beyond to ensure our time with them was amazing. if I could give them 10 stars I would. We ended our trip at a five star hotel back in Athens-Divani Palace Acropolis. Beautiful hotel. Great way to end the trip. Overall this trip was amazing with a few hiccups along the way. Highly recommend Great Value for your booking. Everything was handled professionally and courteously. It made transfers and check-ins completely stress free.

The hotels were phenomenal! No issues with plane flights! We will definitely be back to Hawaii! Perfect package to see what island to love more. Wish I had more time in Kona but next time will stay longer.

Beautiful Countries
We’re very happy with this trip and the ease of having all the accommodations and travel, even via train, completed for us. Every place we stayed was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is changing the hotel location in Vienna. The hotel where we stayed was quite a distance from the town center. The average cost of getting an Uber or Bolt was 25-30 Euro each direction which was an unfortunate situation.

Great Value exceeded my expectations. For the price I thought that my travel package would be mediocre but I was wrong my hotel rooms were top notch. Each resort provided everything that was advertised. This experience would encourage me to entrust Great Value with my next vacation.

As usual, the arrangements and accommodations were quite satisfactory. We’re a great travel could’ve been avoided. Is on more clear instructions for returning the initial car rental. We almost missed our train to Sicily because of the confusion as to where to return the car. No clear instructions were provided. “Return the car to the airport.” at a large airport with multiple car rentals and various parking garages is inadequate.

Great Guide, great people
What made the trip truly great was the people. Gian Lorenzo is an amazing guide with tremendous patience and a love for his job. The hotel's were amazing although I would have liked one with a pool or hot tub, especially the rooftop in Naples. Our guide in Greece was outstanding as was the amazing bus driver Chris.

Taste of the mediterranean!
Gian Lorenzo was an amazing group guide for our Greece to Italy trip! He was very attentive and helpful with each group member. He was knowledgeable and if he didn’t know he would find out.Also, our Greek guide, Anna, was fantastic! Along with our Greek bus driver, Chris. This was our third group tour with Great Value and by far the smallest with 14 people, including Gian. The hotels were also overall the best we have had of the three group tours. The Ray Hotel in Corfu was our favorite. The view of the ocean from our balcony was amazing! The tours were entertaining and informative. The food and drink were the best we have had. Our group of fellow travelers were also amazing! With being such a small group, everyone got to know everybody. The weather was very comfortable. The free time was perfect as well. It will be very hard to beat this trip but we’ll be looking forward to your best attempt! Already looking forward to our next adventure with great value vacations!

It was a great vacation with little…
It was a great vacation with little hiccups. I would use Great Value Vacations again, except the Mecure Hotel in Perth was absolution disgusting. For paying for an upgrade to have 5 star hotels during our visit, Mecure was far from it. The bed was broken and leaned one way, we spent the night fighting from rolling off. The mattress was hard, the bathroom reeked. It was very very dated. Lithe than that the tour was great our tour guide was fun. It was a fantastic trip!

The experience we had was great in Costa Rica. The company made sure to book through a reliable and safe travel business in Costa Rica (ST Costa Rica is a fantastic company). The package we booked was exactly as described! The booking process was simple and they inform you of any changes after the time of booking.
The one negative was our hotel the final night near the airport was run down and dated. It was listed as a 4 star hotel, however the online reviews of the hotel say otherwise. All of our other resorts were fantastic. Maybe consider looking at reviews before the travel company books a hotel simply off of star ratings.
