I booked here last minute because my in-laws’ flight got delayed and we missed the bus to go to Southampton cruise terminal. The website was easy to use, and was delighted that it was still available. Communication with the driver was great. I would highly recommend, and decided to book here for the return trip back to LHR.

Terrible experience - the cars were fine. Booked 4 trips. 1st one ok but not the best cars.
Had to cancel the 2nd one was told would get a refund but this has never come after numerous attempts at being told it is being processed.
Had to upgrade the car to a bigger one and charged more than was agreed again told would get a refund has not happen 3 weeks later.
So canceled future trip again told would get a refund and still not happened.
Please refund me its around £300.

This company is a scam, they take your money for taxi service and do not turn up. Do not use them, I almost missed a flight as I had to use another cab company at last minute after promising me car is on its way number of times, and at the end never turned up. Now trying to get a refund but no joy. Avoid the hassle and do not use this company

One of the worst taxi experiences I’ve ever had.
I booked an airport transfer and the driver arrived 45 minutes late, despite the company repeatedly telling me “he’s 5 minutes away” every 10 minutes. I warned them I might miss my flight, and they still kept giving false updates.
During the journey, the driver insisted that a quick toilet stop would add 0 minutes — it actually added 15 minutes. I arrived at the airport with only 1 hour 15 minutes before take‑off, stressed and rushed for no reason other than their poor planning and dishonesty.
When I complained, the company offered me a 10% refund + 10% discount, which was already insulting given the situation. After pushing further, they increased it to 15%, which still doesn’t come close to compensating for the stress, delays, and complete lack of professionalism.
Avoid this company if you value reliability, honesty, or basic customer service.

Booked a fixed pickup time of 8:00pm for an airport transfer from Heathrow. After my flight landed, I received a message saying I’d get 60 minutes free waiting, after which I’d be charged 60p/minute — but they started counting this from my flight landing time, not from the 8pm pickup time I had actually booked. I was speaking to the driver by 8:15pm, well within any reasonable waiting period, yet was charged £12 for “20 minutes” of waiting.

No invoice or breakdown was sent to me directly — I was told to pay the driver in cash, and when I questioned the charge, I was told the driver would leave if I didn’t pay. I paid under protest to avoid being stranded.

This waiting-charge policy was never disclosed at the time of booking, and the way it was calculated and enforced felt deliberately misleading. Be very careful booking with this company — get everything in writing before you travel, and don’t expect transparent billing.
