Left stranded at 3 AM with young children—abysmal service, scammers!

Absolute disaster of a service. We specifically booked and paid an additional premium for an MPV to safely accommodate my family—including my 4 and 6-year-old children—and all of our luggage for an early morning transfer.
​Instead, they sent a tiny Kia Niro at 3:00 AM. There was absolutely no physical way our family and bags could fit, so I had no choice but to refuse the ride and scramble to book our own alternative Uber on the spot.
​Why you should completely avoid this company:
​Paid for an upgrade we never received: We paid the extra fee specifically for space, which they completely ignored.
​Zero accountability: When contacted, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They didn't even offer a full refund for leaving us stranded, making excuses and only offering to refund the difference between the small car and the MPV.
​Insulting "credit" offer: They actually tried to offer me a company credit for a future ride. As if I would ever trust them to strand my children on a pavement at 3:00 AM ever again!
​Stranded us in the middle of the night: Because of their massive blunder, we had to wait outside with two exhausted kids while waiting for an Uber we had to pay for ourselves.
​They took our money, sent the wrong car, and then tried to keep our cash by offering useless credits. Completely unprofessional and running a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent taxi service

Excellent taxi service! The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The car was clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth and safe. Great communication and fair pricing. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their service again!

Good

ery good service from start to finish. They kept in touch throughout the process and were incredibly helpful, even when there was a delay with our baggage at the airport. Their communication was excellent, and they made the whole experience stress free. I would definitely use their service again and would highly recommend them.
