False & misleading website "best value…
False & misleading website "best value every time, sourced direct from manufacturers and distributors". I was the only bidder on 2 items with a starting price which was 3 times the "buy it now" price on ebay for the exact item with the exact same stock photo and exact same title description. My complaint to Grays went unanswered. Will be making ACCC complaint.
Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Grays.
Raised a genuine concern after being advised registration would be transferred into my name, which any reasonable buyer would associate with a roadworthy-capable vehicle. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the response I received focused on threats of cancellation fees and account suspension.
Customer concerns should be investigated fairly, not met with pressure tactics.

The auction is simple, it can be a bit repetitive with some of the items. I also feel it’s expensive when it comes to freight. I have got jewels before over 3 different auctions. I got charged freight every time and yet the items can come all at once. $120 for 4 orders of jewels that can all fit in an envelope. Freight should be done as a seperate entity. Also I put something that I wanted to sell and no one came back to me. The prices seam reasonable, and overall it’s not bad I just feel it could be better.

Avoid dodgy Grays at all costs
Be careful about opening an account with Grays giving them all your personal and banking details. Either their dodgy employees sell your details, or their online security is crap. Had my account suspended out of the blue and when I found out about it, they first told me my account was linked to another account who breached their terms and conditions!! but when I questioned them further then they told me it was due to bidding activities! I didn’t bid for anything for nearly 6 months and prior to that I bid for some cars but didn't win any of them. Seems like they are covering up on my suspected hacked account or my personal data leaked out and someone using my details in another account. Now I’m not sure if anyone used my details to purchase a car to use in criminal activities! Not only they wouldn't tell me the exact reason for my account suspension, but they wouldn’t even tell me if there were any activities in my account for my own peace of mind as I I'm not bothered at all for not being able to deal with them anymore. I had to cancel my credit card and go through the hassle of changing many auto payments but still worried that criminals may have used my details to purchase a car under my name as they initially said my account was linked to another suspicious account before changing their story that it was due to bidding activities!! Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs. I’m reporting them to ACCC and weighing in whether to report them to AFP too. Looks like $10m penalty couple of years ago wasn’t enough to stop their fraudulent activities. By the way people, please don't fall for the reply below from so called caring Grays for asking to contact them to resolve this issue. They gave me the same B.S. answer. Corruption and cover up goes all the way to top. Avoid Grays like a plague.

Disappointing Experience Due to Incorrect Product Specifications
Very disappointed with my recent purchase from Grays. The laptop I received had much lower specifications than what was advertised in the listing (less RAM, smaller SSD, and Windows Home instead of Pro). This experience has unfortunately affected my trust in the platform. I hope they improve accuracy and customer support for future buyers.

Don’t believe their listings
Don’t believe their listings. Bought a car and found multiple issues that were never mentioned. Tried contacting them, but they just kept wasting my time asking for evidence I had already provided. After a few days they refused to help without giving any proper reason. Don’t trust these guys. If there was a 0-star option, I’d give them 0 instead of 1.

Deceptive and misleading conduct which Ill be reporting to ACCC. I was the only bidder and "won" 2 items for $192 that were the exact same stock photo items advertised on ebay for $38. Grays website spruiks "competitive prices ... exceptional value ... sourced directly from manufacturer ... best value every time". If that's not false and misleading i don't know what is.
