We had our “old” kia sportage repaired here. Service was outstanding. We have recently had our MOT and pre paid service plan, perfect. Customer service was excellent and service dept excellent cannot say well enough how excellent Gravells are, we have an existing service with vertu and Gravells wins hands down. We had a great experience purchasing our car from Paul at Kia Garage in Hereford. After our previous car gave us trouble, Paul was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding a new one. He took the time to discuss what we could afford and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. We bought a KIA Sportage from Gravells, Hereford, last week. The salesman was Andrew Lewis. Throughout the process, he was very helpful, and it was clear that he had excellent knowledge about the range of models available. Perhaps, more importantly, he was not at all pushy( like some salesmen I have met in the past). He kept regular contact with us, either by phone or e-mail. From the initial meeting, deciding which vehicle suited us best, through to ordering, arranging finance and temporary insurance, to taking delivery of our new car. Have recently purchased a new Kia XCeed from Gravells Kia in Hereford. From initial discussions with Matt, to the order process and vehicle handover, the whole procedure has been seamless, efficient and professional. I would recommend Gravells Kia Hereford to anyone considering buying a new or used Kia. I have been a VW driver for many years and have found the XCeed to be more than on par with the German brand as regards build quality and driving characteristics and the 7 year warranty is excellent.
