Excellent service highly recommend
Thank you GraveClean for a fantastic experience. The whole team are brilliant and made the process smooth and highly professional. They are all kind and willing to go the extra mile to give you excellent customer service. My Auntys' grave was so stained you could hardly read what the words even said. After GraveClean cleaned it - well it looks honesty almost brand new. I truly could hardly believe it was the same grave! I would highly recommend GraveClean and am absolutely delighted with the outcome. Thank you all very much.

The writing in gold was good but the headstone could have cleaned better especially the top it didn’t look any cleaner from my last visit. The quotes were not as requested and after several attempts to clarify what went wrong they do admit the quotes were confusing and want an extra £50 to go back and clean the headstone which they didn’t do. I cannot recommend this company.

Hi Keith,
Thank you for your kind review.
In regards to your comment, I have looked into your order and there was no cleaning service on your booking. If you would like the stone cleaned, we can do this for £50 as a good will gesture to remove the lichen on the top, sides and base of the memorial. Please contact us in the office on 0330 043 0456.
