Excellent Customer Service
Gratsi had trouble receiving their wine and then the big storm hit in January. When I inquired as to when to expect my January shipment, I was responded to very quickly and given two alternatives to make up for the inconvenience.

Terrible Customer Service
Never heard from Gratsi customer service explaining that their supply was backordered. We never received our purchase, so WE contacted them. "Oh we're sorry" was their lame response. Terrible communication, with NO customer service! Although we like their wine, we won't do business with a company that doesn't take care of their customers.
