We apologise sincerely for the delay in delivery of your order. As we use external couriers to carry out all of our deliveries we appreciate the unpleasantness when the courier does not provide the service that was agreed.
We work closely with the couriers to ensure deliveries are made in the agreed time frame, unfortunately some external factors delay this process which we as Grassmats cannot control.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. We initially called for advice and was put through to a very knowledgable guy who helped us choose what we needed. The delivery arrived very promptly and we were very pleased with the product in our secure dog park. I then went on to order some more mats (great British weather..) and again, excellent service and the mats were delivered next day with excellent tracking. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, great service thanks

Really good service. Needed some further info on the product I was buying and got a call back within 30 minutes.
Good communication on when it was dispatch although the courier company didn’t communicate a delivery date and luckily was in on the day.
