Ordered decals on 13th dec as the company were all over google and ordered form the site. Got an email back with order number.
Company have stopped trading and have not replied to 3 emails. DO NOT ORDER as scam. Still taking money after they have stopped trading

It appears the company is no longer trading. I first purchased a set of Scott graphics last year (May 2023) and had a positive experience. The order was processed, the graphics were received and were top quality. Jon was a pleasure to deal with so I didn't hesitate to order a Kona Stinky graphics kit for my current restoration project on 20th August 2024. Like others, my payment was accepted and order number 8507 given. I chased the order on 19th September but no reply which is unlike Jon. I've now requested a refund via PayPal and ordered graphics from elsewhere.

placed order, got confirmation email, postal tracking has not moved since, do not reply to emails or answer the phone, have had to get paypal to instigate refund, think the business a scam.

No response from order made for decals. Think it's a scam. Order number 8502 for Specialized FSR Decals for future reference. I'll be wanting that money back at some point...

This company seems to have gone under or is just a big scam. I ordered the item, got a confirmation order, but since nothing. Tried all avenues of contact and following messages on Facebook it seems the same for a lot of people being robbed of their money.

Placed a couple orders and Graphics Direct came through, but on the last order, Graphics Direct has gone dark. A month now and zero responses.

Think the business has either stopped or is a scam. The phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Don’t waste your money using this company.

Ordered in september, but never received the goods. Sent email, but they don't respond. I have ordered from them couple times before and never had any issues until now.

Ordered decals in June. Tracking doesn’t work and they have not responded to emails. Very disappointed and I don’t see how to get reimbursed.

Ordered on Aug 15 and have not received my order. I have emailed the seller and even tried Facebook messenger and havent received a response.

No package received at all and no response to emails. I have paid and no response, I find it rude. Worthless supplier, do not order from them!

This company advertises products. Takes your money. Fails to delivery goods. And keeps your money. Does not answer ANY telephone calls. Does not respond to any emails sent. Does not process refunds.
Be warned - now having to get my Bank involved, the Fraud Department and possible even the Law.

Ordered on 3rd September. Not received anything. No reply from the support email. Website URL is up for sale according to WHOIS website. I can see other reviewers have had the same experience in recent months.

Fake company - never received product and never answered calls/emails or Facebook messages. Karma has a way of coming back to visit.

Blanked all contact messages, emails, and site message the phone number on the site connected to and Indian train station 😂don’t waste your time or money had to contact the bank for a refund
