Beware of scam
Ordered 3 t-shirts for a group of us running to collect at the event. Visited the Runthrough stand at the half marathon but, despite me showing them the order confirmation on my phone, they were unable to find my order and said they would post it to me. Nothing has since arrived.

Received an email asking for a review but have yet to receive my order! Delivery stated 2-4 business days, 6 business days later still no t-shirts and so I haven’t got it for my marathon day. Bad form!

I wear the products every day. I have the t-shirts, shorts, hoodie, long sleeve top and many other items. Favourite item is the split shorts for men and the socks - I've not found any better in another brand.

Took the t shirt out of the packaging and The north Lincolnshire badge they have "stuck"on the chest,is coming away,very poor quality

Ordered a red Southampton 10k tshirt
Ordered a red Southampton 10k tshirt, recieved a yellow run Southampton top instead. Took 2 weeks to arrive having paid almost £4 postage. Emailed info and awaiting a reply to see if I can actually get sent the correct tshirt.

Sadly I can’t comment on my running top as not arrived yet. I was meant to collect on Sunday, following the Run Reigate Canicross event, but couldn’t attend to my dog suffering a cut paw the previous day. Have tried contacting Runthrough to see how I can get hold of my shirt, but no response to emails and no number to call. Appreciate not the kit suppliers fault, but very unimpressed with RunThrough in general, having done many events with multiple helpful and proactive organisers over the years ☹️

Nice top, sizing odd as went up a size and not very flattering. Have tried to return it and been asked four times by different people for an order number and each time I respond I then get ignored again. Dont waste your money

I have reviewed your order status to understand what may have happened. I can see that we responded to your emails on the 16th and 27th January, but it seems that we did not receive a reply to either emails. We also noted contact via our volunteer email address and reached out again in early February, but unfortunately did not hear back.
It may have been possible that our previous emails may have gone into your spam folder or were possibly missed?
I can confirm that a returns label has now been issued and the matter appears to have been resolved. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions or concerns.
I have passed on the feedback on our clothing range to the team so they can look into this further. Thanks for taking the time to message in about this!
