Prompt delivery and the Grafclean is a superb product. Never used this type of paint before and to see it visibly get more dense in colour as it cures is clever.

Graphenstone paint is just so great to…
Graphenstone paint is just so great to use, a small tin goes a long way and the quality if amazing. Very easy to use and some lovely colours. Would highly recommend, has been a god send for our lime plaster walls in our old house.

Delivery not straightforward
The delivery was problematic-supposedly tried to deliver with 3 adults in the house,car in the drive etc.had to reschedule.This means that I haven't had chance to try the paint although I ordered it over a week ago.

First time using something other than…
First time using something other than the usual brands and went for this because I’ve become far more eco and health conscious in all areas of my life. I never realised how bad for the environment paints were so looked around and found Graphenstone. I can honestly say it’s brilliant. Goes on well, covers well, and just a good as the usual paints. The best bit is no lingering smell and and everything is all natural and healthy.
Would highly recommend this paint.

Excellent coverage
Excellent coverage! Applied only ONE coat of Grafclean in a turquoise colour (colour matched to preference - Thank you Graphenstone!) and it was more than enough to completely cover the previous shade. The 2nd coat was not needed. Saved on the product to use and the work.
Very happy about the customer service offered, always a helping voice on the other side of the phone to offer guidance and advice.
Highly recommend!

Very expensive and poor coverage
Very expensive and poor coverage. Also disappointing to need an expensive primer over existing paint - very few manufacturers need this.
At this cost, the product needed to be superb in every way.
Plus side - very fast delivery.

I am sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your recent order. One of the strengths of our ranges is coverage, I'm wondering whether you diluted the paints with a little water per the application instructions, which not only lowers our carbon footprint (by shipping less heavy water in transit) as well as ensuring the coverage promised? Also, a primer is not needed if painting onto a matt, well prepared clean surface. An existing gloss surface would require a little sanding, to key in the new paint coat, to ensure good adherence. Should you have any other questions in this regard, do please let us know. I'm glad of course to hear that the delivery was swift. Thanks again for your purchase and I do hope the final result was satisfactory.
