Rapidly answered my query to allow order to be placed. No sooner was order placed it was confirmed as being processed and on its way in a matter of hours. This is the second time I've used the accessory shop. First time was an onsite visit whilst holidaying nearby, staff could not have been more helpful. Great advice and service with a smile.

Goods arrived when on time.in good order. They were correct for the job and easy to fit locker closed with a perfect seal.

I made an enquiry late sat evening through there e mail service thinking I wouldn't get a response till Mon due to being late in the day but to my amazement I got a response within 10 min,feed back was what I wanted and went ahead and ordered, Tues morning delivery on door step also items are recorded so you know what time delivery is

Great service and fast delivery

Bought our Benimar Mileo 294 in October last year from these guys and all I can give them is positive feedback. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. We had a couple of jobs that we needed sorting out and they’ve sorted everything we asked. If I was asked if I’d recommend Granthams of Retford without any hesitation I’d say yes.
