I just want to say gransino gets bad reviews but they aren't as bad as some make out,I have been a member well over a year now and they are great with vip bonuses and chat 24hrs,Also the vip managers are very good and willing to award thier loyal players,Also I won the jackpot a few thousand and gransino has been paying me every 4 days as far,my only complaint and why only give 4 stars is that the lengthy time of my withdrawals has sent me from level 3 (nearing 4)bk to level 1 in which hurt as I was depositing well up to that 2 week of withdrawal process so I was very shocked how fast i went down to lowest level again,But ive stayed with gransino and loyal as tbh they are a very good casino and as I said have been great paying my jackpot winnings,I wish the withdrawals didnt take so long though as I would still be in vip status but thats my only complaint with the site.

Put in thousands of dollars , anyways was on the cashback program which support was very good and received my cashback the next days always. Ended up winning big 2,3 x my initial deposit. Was withdrawing $2300 a day (the max ) and after a week I cannot make anymore withdrawals? Says “unexpected error” . Been talking to support via live chat and that’s gets me know where, I’ve tried everything, different browsers, cleared caches, different devices, etc. why would they work fine and then all of sudden stop working ? Very concerning that this is intentional? Waiting to hear back from support via email. I give it two stars because the games are fun and support have been great up to this point . Will change to 1 star if nothing gets resolved and I can’t get my remaining balance withdrew

Good casino with fair games and slow start
So far this casino has been great. Games feel fair, with wins landing every now and then. My first withdrawal took a bit longer than I hoped because of the verification process, but once it was cleared things moved along fine.

Gransinio turned out to be quite a great surprise!! Went through their KYC right after registering so that future withdrawals wouldn`r stress me out. After a lucky run, I requested my first withdrawal. To my surprise, the payment hit in like tho days. Higly reommend them.

Granino has been one of the most disappointing betting platforms I’ve ever dealt with. After being a loyal customer for years, they voided one of my bets without a proper explanation, transparency, or even basic respect. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave vague, dismissive responses and refused to clarify why the bet was voided in the first place.
Their handling of the situation showed a complete lack of integrity and zero regard for long-standing customers. If this is how they treat loyal players, I can only imagine how they treat new ones.
I can no longer trust this platform, and I strongly advise others to think twice before using Granino. Poor communication, zero accountability, and unfair practices — absolutely not worth it.
Update: Despite multiple follow-up emails to both customer support and my assigned VIP manager, I have received no response whatsoever. Their continued failure to address my grievance reflects very poorly on their professionalism and reliability.

Slow KYC process but worth it once verified
Getting verifed took way too long, with several days of waiting before my KYC was approved. Once that was out of the way, thotgh, everything ran ok. The games worked well, support was helpful, and payments were fine. Glad I waited it out.
