Sometimes you just have bad luck
I didn`t have much luck on Gransino during my last few sessions, and a couple of games stuttered for a second or two. It wasn`t a dealbreaker, but it did break the flow a bit. I`d still play again, just hoping for a smoother run next time.

I asked by 3 emails from 20th of december to close my account the acocunt is still active they did nothing .
When u win u cant withdrawl more than 500e
the casino is TERRIBLE ( since they think that i use bad language )
worst experience ever .
+ When i used the live communication they told me to send an email. When i told them i already send 3 he could not help me .
+An other employee called me to promote the casino i told him via phone to block my qccount and he did nothing aswell .
Generally terrible experience.
They break every single rule of fair gamble
talked yesrday with customer support i even emeiled them to 2 diff emails
Guess what ! my account is still active

Mieux que ce que je pensais !! Trop content de ce que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent.
Franchement, j’y croyais pas trop au début. Jamais entendu parler de Gransino, mais je me suis lancé quand même. Et j’regrette pas du tout ! Super bonne surprise. Le site marche nickel, pas de bugs ni de galères. Et le paiement est arrivé en trois jours ouvrés, pile comme annoncé. Je recommande à fond !

Have never used an online casino in my life and don't plan to though even if i did it wouldn't be one spammed to me in unsolicited emails.
More emails from the dodgy associate using firebaseapp.com but with a random misspelt word between @ and a . before firebaseapp.com used to make the sending address unique.
Been getting these sort of emails for years from different sending addresses as they use list of emails offered on dark web after legitimate sites have been hacked and info stolen.

Completely disgusting casino I’ve ever played. Back in early November I won $750 and I’ve been fighting every day to get it and I still don’t have it. I get the usual canned responses it’s being processed, it’s on its way, we are experiencing trouble processing it won’t be long now. Etc. etc. I really don’t know who to complain to, but I will tell you to stay as far away from this site as possible. It’s a scam, but I’ll fight till the end. If I could give it zero stars, I would the most frustrating casino I’ve ever visited. They are crooks.
