Además en el proceso de verificación de KYC (ridículo) piden hacerte muchas fotos con muchos números y de muchas maneras, dando pie a que estas mismas fotos se vendan en un mercado negro de venta de KYCs (un riesgo legal muy serio)
Como consejo a los siguientes afectados que vengan: además de reportarlos en trustpilot, se les debe reportar también en chainbase (para que bloqueen sus cripto-billeteras por uso de técnicas fraudulentas) y a la sede del juego de Curaçao para que les quiten la licencia de juego tanto a esta plataforma, como a las mismas del grupo.

My account was closed after 1 day of register without any relevant reason or email, even if I respected Terms & conditions and provided the requested documents. Making 4 deposits and placing some Sport bets and they considered that I made frauds. Speechless. Now I wait for my money back as I had active balance into my account. I will make complaints to my bank as well against you. It’s not just me who complain about your services. Why are you taking such actions without a clear explanation? You take decisions “at your sole discretion”, meaning you can do whatever you want without providing explanations. Totally not ok!

Don't bother registering, I've placed an only bet, won and they request ridiculous amount of documents - ID, drivers license, selfie with both including writing down random requested numbers on paper, utility bill, monthly bank statement, bank statement for specific time period. All this for €380. They just keep requesting documents to not pay you anyway.

Scammers!!! Stay as far away from this bookmaker as possible. After sending stacks of documents—selfies, notes, statements, and bills—they wrote that the system detected fraud and closed the account, returning the deposit and confiscating all winnings.

I made the mistake of starting to bet(sports only)without making the verification process before and now i know i wont see my money ever again.
I made some winnings before sending all documents for verification...when i first send my proof of address that i send everywhere and is always accepted they rejected it without a reason and just said to send other document(they gave examples of documents to send and one of those options was my mobile phone Bill)so i sent my mobile phone bill and guess what?it was rejected again without a reason just said to send another document...At this point i knew that they were a scam website and i wouldnt see my money again.

Now i have to state that they reviewed my uploads for verification in less then 12 hours,and communicated the reviews by email both times.

Anyway,another option of proof of address was a bank extract so i sent that for my 3rd proof of address and now the review is pending for 4 days.I contacted the support about that and they said to send even more documents ,now a photo of me holding my ID card,and again another proof of address without my last one even being reviewed xD!
Also, if they wanted more documents why didnt they communicated by email this time and i had to contact support to know that?

These are clear signs of a scam website so you are warned...maybe you will get some wins ocasionally but if you win constantly or have big wins say goodbye to your money like i said to mine!

I made a deposit on February 13th. Today is February 15th, and the money isn't in my Granawin account. Customer service doesn't provide any information, just tells me to wait. This isn't serious.
