The worst casino that ever existed, in order to pay me my honest winnings, they demand confirmation of a transfer that my bank transaction history has never seen. They are very fraudulent. Beware of them, I have filed a complaint everywhere I could.
The details they want are simply outrageous. If someone doesn't want to lose money, they avoid casinos completely, they don't deposit even a cent there. They want something impossible to prove when they win something. The scammers themselves should close this casino. I will never go back there and I advise you to do the same.

I requested a withdrawal, which was my third. After some time, I logged into my account and saw that they had wiped out all my winnings. They also accused me of fraud, but I don't understand why. In this case, they were the scammers. No one explained to me why my balance was completely debited.

Please improve the withdrawal

I received a notification that my withdrawal request was approved, but the funds were returned to my ivibet account.

Additionally, the withdrawal request took a long time to process, almost three days, only for it to ultimately fail. This is quite frustrating.

Also, I've contaced my bank and they said that there are no maintenance or issues receiving funds.

I found Ivibet when I was looking for a bettingsite with a lot of good options. I find this site to be one of the best page I have seen so far. Great Casino and great betting options. After some placed bets I had some luck and won a sum of money. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised of how smooth everything went. I have read many bad reviews about Ivibet but all I can say is that if you do as they ask with documents and give them what they need and follow the rules as they are written in terms, there will be no problems. Cuando ingresas dinero en este casino no hay problemas. Concretamente ingresé 200€ y tras jugar y que limitaran mi cuenta, me quedé con 400€. La sorpresa es que al hacer el retiro de tu dinero la empresa alega (sin pruebas y sin demostrar nada) que has cometido fraude (por ganar en su casino) y que por ese motivo te incautan las ganancias, dejandote unicamente el deposito inicial. Se trata de una practica habitual en casinos del mismo grupo (ivibet, 20bet y granawin).
Cuando vas a hacer el retiro te piden hacerte mil fotos personales de mil maneras diferentes (con el ID al lado de la cara, con números...etc) Con el grave riesgo y perjuicio que supone que estas fotos sean utilizadas en un mercado negro de KYCs sin tu consentimiento.
Como consejo a los siguientes afectados que vengan: además de reportarlos en trustpilot, se les debe reportar también en chainbase (para que bloqueen sus cripto-billeteras por uso de técnicas fraudulentas) y a la sede del juego de Curaçao para que les quiten la licencia de juego tanto a esta plataforma, como a las mismas del grupo.

Molto male, unica nota positiva mi hanno dato i soldi che ci stavano sul conto. Dopo 1 giorno ero limitato solo per aver vinto qualcosa, magari il giorno dopo gli avrei restituito tutto, quindi meglio così!! Sul tennis live non mi prendevano più nemmeno 5 euro. Insomma un disastro vorrebbero magari che uno si registra gli lascia 1k e va via. Per loro questo è il cliente buono.
