The staff at Grainger have been absolutely fantastic. The team have been incredibly supportive and swift with their help throughout my entire tenancy. I want to give a specific thanks to James and Mark who have been particularly helpful. Thank you!

I complained about a hole in the kitchen for months! Months! They said it was just a squeaky floor (thanks to then building manager Katie Castle) and ignored the many issues of mould that kept arising.

When they finally did look at what the matter was they realised my kitchen had been rotted well before I even moved in and had to be evacuated immediately! I’d been asking for this to be addressed for months!

The best bit was how they placed me in a travel lodge that had a bed bug infestation so I had to leave tha and couch surf while they found me another unit. The next unit the found, which they denied giving me permission to look at before agreeing to move in was smaller (they said it was bigger than my last unit) and inexplicably more expensive. I was desperate so had to take it.

Can’t say enough warnings about dealing with this company who has no idea on what it takes to do the right thing or keep their employees accountable for over promising and under delivering.

Great support from the staff. They were available for any question/request I had.

Molli has been so helpful! She arranged our viewing within days of our initial enquiry, answered all of our loaded questions and has been so attentive. So appreciative of how quickly and how detailed this process has been, big thank you, Molli!

Ida in Windlass has provided a great service, I believe she is a great listener, very friendly, professional, and provided a great response to an immediate query. My partner and I have been in Windlass for years now, we feel appreciative for the actions the various teams are doing, the friendliness and kindness in service, we feel we really enjoy the location and facilities.

We have seen the company improve in some aspects through the years, which we feel we appreciate, however I think some constructive feedback is about wear and tear repairs for long-term residents and improving or building new systems to respond to same facilities being used by more residents, such as the gym.

Maisie from lettings was great and of course, rest of the team from lettings & residence services were very helpful.

Since we moved from Austria to Bristol and were looking for something flexible, Grainger was just right for us. It's well equipped and we had everything we needed. The team, especially Maisie W., supported us very well. When we moved from Millwrights Place to Glasshouse, Maisie knew exactly which flats she could show us and which ones would suit us. The whole team welcomed us very warmly and immediately helped us with any questions or problems in the
flat.
