The service rep went out of her way to help me. My computer was acting up and she placed the order for me. She was patient, competent and very helpful. She followed up and called me back to make sure I got this right. Denise was awesome and represented the company well. You are lucky to have her.

I am genuinely blown away by the service received from start to finish with Graham & Brown.

After ordering a sample of the Chelsea Night Sky wallpaper, I later found out it had been discontinued. I managed to source six rolls elsewhere, but despite searching everywhere, I couldn’t find the additional rolls needed to complete the room.

I reached out to Andrew, who didn’t hesitate to arrange a special production run just for me — something I honestly never expected. That alone would have been impressive, but what followed was next-level service.

From approving the order to dispatch, the entire process took just one day. Every single person involved kept me informed at each stage, making the whole experience completely seamless and stress-free.

The quality speaks for itself. The wallpapers and paints are exceptional, with a flawless match that is genuinely worth every penny. We’ve used more expensive brands in the past, and none have come close to the quality or consistency we’ve had with Graham & Brown.

We have had a poor experience from this company. The website is glitchy and sometimes prevents orders going through. They asked us to contact the help centre, but have not provided any satisfactory response to our initial problem with a bespoke wall mural. It is an expensive range of wallpaper.

I paid for samples 10 days ago and they haven’t arrived.
This gives me no faith in the company that any expensive order for wallpaper would arrive .
I will not use this company again

I’m extremely impressed with the paint I purchased from Graham & Brown. The consistency was perfect, it went on smoothly, and the coverage was excellent with very few coats needed. The colour is rich and exactly as advertised, and the final finish looks professional. Fantastic quality product — well worth it.

The first class service I received.
I telephoned and ordered on one day in a complete mess(due to decorator error) and it arrived the next day.
The wallpaper is beautiful.

Easy and good colour range but "free sample" bit misleading

I had a code to enter at checkout for 3 free paint samples. There was nowhere to enter it so ended up paying. This has lowered my expectations for the company

Was able to order 3 colour samples to stick to the wall for free. Fast delivery of them to.
Excellent range and we love the resistance Matt paint, it covers fantastically and without shading. So easy to use. Highly recommend Graham and brown and their paint range.

The website was so difficult to use and would not let me place an order. I tried on several servers and devices. I tried again a week later but only ordered free samples and then it allowed it to go through

As soon as I clicked onto the website I found the exact colour I was looking for. The website was so easy to navigate.

User friendly website and I am so pleased that a paint company is offering free stick on paint samples when you sign up. All companies should do this. I understand a small charge for actual liquid paint samples, but stickers should always be either free or a maximum of £1 each. I have come across companies that charge a lot for these, but in the end the samples are promoting their own product and they should be affordable. Thank you G&B.
