Responsive support and on time…

Responsive support and on time delivery. I called as I hadn't received a delivery update following my order. They looked into it, called me back and delivery arrived exactly when they told me. Very pleased with the purchase and would happily buy again from Grade A

Good product for a good price

Good product for a good price. B grade item was in good condition with only slight cosmetic marks. Laptops seem totally fine and functioning perfectly. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery came within a few days, which was fine. Tracking for delivery was OK. Box was protective of goods, and in good condition on arrival.

Bought an iPhone 12 mini

Bought an iPhone 12 mini from them, absolutely amazing. Great price, fast delivery, brand new and it came with a free case and charger. Top seller, I would highly recommend

Not charging

At first glance the laptop looks new and fair for the price I got it. The major problem is the charger isn’t working and the dents and bruises are far way more than described.

Good quality, price & fast free delivery

Easy to order. Online ad stated “grade B” e.g., some cosmetic marks/scratches which I wasn’t bothered about. However what arrived was much better than expectations. Very happy with it so far. Booted fine and setup/configured the pre-installed Windows 11 Pro. All in all a good experience so far.

Brilliant laptop, excellent price, helpful staff.

I phoned and chatted to them before I ordered as I had a few questions. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
I ordered on Thursday and the laptop arrived on Friday which was amazing.
It was meant to be a B grade laptop, If this is B grade than A grade must be brand new. I couldn’t find any marks on it other than the smallest scratch beside one of the usb ports.
It starts up fast, is really responsive and the battery lasts over 6 hours (that’s the longest I’ve used it for in one go so far).
If you’re nervous about buying a refurbished laptop (like I was) then you really don’t need to be. I’ve got a really high spec laptop at about a third of the retail price of a new one and I couldn’t be happier.
