Customer service is 5*, delivery is fast
I placed an order for a touchscreen monitor, I decided I wanted to change my order for a similar model with a longer manufacturer warranty. I called a few times, they answered quickly and were always helpful (and changed the order for me!).
I then had a problem with the monitor, and after speaking to the manufacturer it looks to be a faulty unit. Grade A Technology have again been amazing, I'm returning the monitor back and they're shipping me a replacement.
Customer service is 5*, product was exactly as described and delivery was fast (DPD). I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Impeccable Service, Great products at a great price. The refurbished laptop was excellent quality.

Really great service, i called to ask a question about the product i was buying and the person who answered the phone was really helpful.
The delivery was easy and i was called to confirm when they would arrive. The guy who delivered the TV brought it right in for me and was really present.
