First they didn't have what I ordered, 2nd what they sent me was adjustable. Nowhere in the description or pics does it say or show that. The quality was so bad. I felt like the CSR for return was giving me a hard time about it. It says refunds no questions asked then they make you pay for shipping. Don't buy!!!!!!!

The ring I received it is absolutely stunning. It is delicate, perfect size to wear as a wedding band and so necessary now a days when you travel away from home. The packaging and delivery where prompt and as promised.
I will buy form Grace Parker again,for sure. Trust!

When I inquired about the authenticity of the company (after reading something about grace parker being a scam) I received a nice email with info on the company. The next day my ri g arrived. Exactly as pictured, good fit and quality. AND a $5 coupon.

I ordered multiple pieces from Grace Parker…they are stunning. I had a little bit of trouble receiving on of the pieces, the company followed up multiple times and assured me the order was on its way. When it arrived, it was so beautiful, I almost cried 😍🥹.

Its well made and you can tell it was made with love.
I definately buy more if I had the money. But my budget is limited although her jewelry is priced well within a budget.

My experience with this company has been highly frustrating, and I strongly advise other consumers to avoid being deceived by the attractive website images and tempting prices. While the site explicitly advertised a standard 3-day shipping window during checkout, the reality has been an endless delay due to the fact that the items are actually being dispatched from China—a detail that was completely hidden upfront. The provided tracking number has remained entirely frozen with the exact same message for days, leaving me with zero visibility into when, or if, the package will ever arrive. Although their customer service team is quick to reply to emails, their responsiveness is merely a facade; their actual answers offer no resolution or accountability, resulting in zero customer satisfaction. Because I ordered this item as a time-sensitive gift for a friend and it failed to arrive before the occasion, I was forced to spend extra money to buy a completely new replacement at the last minute. Don’t be tempted or mislead by these Social media advertisements and also external reviews related to this website Products indicate that the eventual product quality rarely matches what is advertised. I deeply regret my purchase and will absolutely never order from this website again.Received items are fake and cheap quality.
