Denise and Jo are SO LOVELY. They can't do enough to help and make the shopping experience a pure joy. I really wanted a specific Jellycat (Huge Sage Dragon) and they called me the second it arrived in store, I love them so much. They also ship items out so quickly when I can't get into town. Amazing shop, wonderful service.

apologies delivery was longer than expected we do state standard delivery (2-4) days. Your item was sent on day of order Friday 31st May and we can see from Royal Mail Tracking it was delivery on Monday 3rd June so that was within our stated delivery times for 48 Hour tracked. But once again apologies we did not meet the timescale you was expecting.

Lovely communication everything is as seen and of good quality and price, Lovely 10% discount as well when subscribed to the news letter ✉️ My Jellycat bunnies were as I’d seen on the live, Also very lovely lady well spoken lovely to deal with, very pleasant experience and happy to buy from again.
Oh yes and all arrived well packed and fast and a little packed of gift sweets in the box was lovely 📦

placed two orders
placed two orders. first order tane a bit longer than expected but that’s royal mail’s fault! Love both orders.
Would definitely order from here again. Jellycats are wrapped aswell which makes it that much nicer!

Amazing very friendly
I would highly recommend Grace Gentle in Newark. They such a friendly company and nothing is to much trouble to them if you have any questions of what type of jellycats the range the price they will tell you. I have been a customer for around 5 months now and I not had one issues with them. They arrive quickly when you order they pack near enough straight away and get them sent out to you. They also have a shop which is very well stocked of all sorts of jellycats amazing display’s you can’t go wrong.
