SCAM !!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I applied for a UAE visit visa and also paid an additional express processing fee. However, when I contacted them later to check the status, they did not even seem to know that my application had been submitted.
After I sent them a message asking for an update, they replied within just 5 minutes saying that my visa had been rejected. The speed and lack of proper information made it feel very unprofessional and suspicious. It honestly seemed as if decisions were being made randomly at their office rather than through an official or transparent process.
I would not recommend this service to others due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and an overall unreliable experience.

We strongly reject the accusation that our company is a “scam.”
Your visa application was submitted properly to UAE immigration, and the official rejection notice issued by the authorities was shared with you immediately upon receipt. As clearly stated on our website, visa approvals and rejections are decided solely by UAE immigration authorities. We have no authority to influence or alter their decisions.
It is also publicly known and clearly mentioned on our platform that Pakistani's are currently subject to stricter review and higher rejection rates by UAE immigration. This is an official immigration policy matter and is entirely outside the control of any travel agency or service provider.
We understand that a rejection can be frustrating. However, making serious allegations against a licensed company despite receiving official documentation is unfair and misleading.
If there are any doubts, you are welcome to verify your application number directly with UAE immigration authorities. They will confirm that the application was processed and that the decision was issued by them not by us.
Easy to follow and a swift process.

Fantastic and responsive service
Seriously impressed and happy with this company and their service. I went through so many visa companies that were incapable of carrying out what I needed. This company were completely professional and made the experience stress free. They were also VERY quick with responses via email, which was very refreshing for these types of services. Highly recommend this service if you need a visa renewal. I had my visa within hours! 5 stars!!!!

At the last minute I realized I needed a visa to enter Dubai. I filled everything out and then got scared thinking it might be a scam, but I had already paid.
Within 36 hours they sent me the visa — and that was over the weekend.
Highly recommended.
