Ordered my Vietnam Esim online and set it to activate on arrival date again this year 2026. 30 days 5GB per day. My mistake, Tried to turn on the esim from last year and it didn't work so I contacted GoVn through WhatsApp. Immediate response within 1 minute and so much help to try to get the issue fixed but it turned out to be my problem. I turned that old one off and turned on the new one and connection right away. Super fast speeds as usual. Customer service is excellent. No worries with GoVn. Additional info. While at the airport I saw a bunch of kiosk selling Esims And since I could not get mine working, I asked asked one of the English-speaking sellers and immediately the scam started. The person working said e Sims purchased online for Vietnam. Never work. You have to purchase from them only at the airport hahaha. Ok......

I had a very good experience with GoVnSIM. The internet connection was fast and stable during my trip. Everything was easy to set up and the service was reliable. I would definitely recommend it to travelers visiting Vietnam.

I couldn't use it in my phone.. contacted my phone provider and they couldn't find a way to install it on my phone.. so I messaged the esim provider that I bought it from and they would only give me half of the money back and they stated to me yes you never installed it. We can give you half your money back.. that's fair not 🚫

I am satisfied with the eSIMs, they work perfectly and the customer service is top-notch, available and competent, I recommend buying eSIMs from them.

We were having problems with our chosen eSIM and we texted using WhatsApp on the number from the website. The staff were extremely responsive. It took a few hours going back and forward to work out our phones were not loading properly. So the GoVnSIM company offered us another eSIM which worked immediately. Cannot rate highly enough as it was so lovely to get help and immediate responses. Would definitely recommend.

they have real time online service which made my installation and activation easily. A lot better than mobimatter which I firstly bought. Because mobimatter customer service is too slow and message needed to send through email, caused an hour to wait for a reply. I decided to try govnsim which service is a lot easier and user friendly.

We purchased 3 E-Sims for Vietnam, setup was easy and worked well from the start. The packages ended earlier than they should have but their customer service was quick to help and gave us 3 new QR-codes which enabled us to restart the service instantly.
