GoTrusted Omdömen 

I live outside the US - and for a long time, GoTrusted got me into all the US sites. But over the past year, the fact that I was using a proxy was detected by every site I wanted to visit. GoTrusted became useless for what I wanted to use it for. The service was always great. The support was always fast and efficient. My only issue is that I cannot access US sites anymore using the GoTrusted service.

Not a bad service, I had issues with speed whenever I used it. I haven't used your service for a number of years now so it may have improved

Very happy I paid for and used Go Trusted while in China for 2 months. Easy to use product that worked as long as I had a decently strong wifi connection. Price was very reasonable for access on two devices and set-up was smooth.

...which was working in 97% of the places I went. Would recommend GoTrusted at any time. Ideal for frequent travellers who want to keep safe in public networks or go around restrictions in countries that censor.

I cancelled my subscription and my accounts is already closed but they kept changing me.

I am considering closing my credit card accounts because this seems the only way of preventing Go Trusted from ignoring me and continually charging me

Initially good, but later too often connection lost, much of time wasted on reconnecting

Continuously frustrating disconnects: Sometimes 8-10 before a stable connection established. Otherwise, occasional service at reasonable cost (from China).

Too many disconnects: once into a website the service dropped. Then re-establish only to have it drop again.

Advertising "secure channels", however no service provided at any time! Some web pages listed on their website which can't be opened at all. I cancelled the agreement according to online instruction, however few month later received note that my account has been blocked since they can't charge for their services!
Not recommended at all!

On my Mac I have to reconnect every 10 minutes and I have to turn off and on my Wifi to get reconnected. Sometimes it takes way too long a time, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. However, the speed is OK, and it works well on my iPhone and iPad. I hope GoTrusted can make some improvements.

GoTrusted didn't work well in China. Getting connected and maintaining the connection was difficult. Also, once I got connected, performance was often slow.

I tried canceling through PayPal but they kept taking my money which I missed, so it cost me loads and it didn't work in China so they just took my money and I never used it

It is very hard to log in and usually it costs 5-10 minutes to log in. The speed for open a website is not that quick even it is logged in successfully. Sometimes with sudden break and log out automatically.

connectivity can be difficult sometimes particularly in China

I have a moderate satisfactory level of experience. GoTrusted vpn was difficult to be activated. It unhooked very soon every time when I stop using my computer for a couple of minutes or so.

I couldn't use the product, it was very difficult to install

I am not happy, they charged for me some months I did not noticed, When I saw it, I cancel immediately

I used GoTrusted whilst in China. It seemed to get blocked for the last two days I was there. The connection was fairly reliable for 38 days but it was very slow at times.

Very good service and support.

But I am not a regular user, so I prefer to buy VPN service by Gigabyte and not by monthly subscription.

Unfortunately, you do not offer such option.

All was fine until my ISP moved to IPv6. GoTrusted no longer provided the anonymity I needed so I contacted them. Three times. No answer was received, so as I was effectively paying for a service that didn't work, I cancelled. It's a shame as I'm sure the problem is easily resolved, but they just didn't want to talk to me.

I use GoTrusted when I travel, since the "hot spots" are not even slightly secure. I also use it for things such as Skype. Recently I had an issue which was essentially my own fault, but was resolved quickly. I forgot to load an account I use to pay for the service and didn't re-load it in time. I wrote a note to GoTrusted, got an immediate reply, and instructions on how to re-set everything. Total down time was less than 24 hours (due to me being busy). I am thrilled with this service and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for more security. Thank you!!

I realize that I was in China but I was very disappointed daily with losing service from Go Trusted. Last year it seemed to be a little better. It was a challenge many days to be able to go on Facebook which I use a lot to be in contact with family and friends here in Canada. I can only say, it was better than not having a tunnel but this time I was quite disappointed. Your feed back to me would also be appreciated. I will constantly be going to China so if you can provide me with dependable service I will not abandon your service.
