Gotovan Omdömen

Great service, fast and reliable and on time. Highly recommend.

Everything on time. Delivered before I expected.

I have used Gotovan's services for my move from the UK to Spain.
I couldn't be more grateful to Domingo and his team for their help, always on the other end of the phone at any time.
The boxes arrived on the agreed day and with no problems.
Without hesitation I would hire their services again.

The process with Gotovan was very easy, the owner Domingo and the whole team were exceptional. Eveything was very clear, helpful and profesional. i am very happy with the service and their professionalism
Thank you

I want to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional service provided by GoToVan in September 2024. Faced with the challenge of sending personal belongings to my family in Huelva, Spain due to a relocation, I encountered numerous obstacles with other shipping companies. Their websites were non-functional, dimensions were inaccurately measured, and the rates were exorbitant, leading to an overall frustrating experience.
When I discovered Gustavo's website, my expectations were admittedly low. However, from our very first phone call, Gustavo completely transformed the situation. His approach was refreshingly different and immediately instilled confidence. Understanding my time constraints, he promptly dispatched a vehicle to collect my bags, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness.
Gustavo went above and beyond by offering a tailored solution to accommodate my luggage within the platform's existing options. This level of flexibility and customer-centric service was truly commendable. The most reassuring outcome was that all my goods arrived at my family's doorstep in Spain in perfect condition.
The professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness exhibited by Gustavo and the entire GoToVan team were extraordinary. Their service far exceeded my expectations, and I would rate it 15 out of 10 if such a scale existed. Gustavo's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exemplary, and I wish him and his family all the best.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend GoToVan for anyone seeking reliable, efficient, and personalized shipping services. Their exceptional performance in handling my urgent and complex shipping needs has earned my utmost respect and loyalty as a customer.

Fast! Perfect! Effective! Problem solving with addresses and I have my olive oil from Spain!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great service. They make everything easy bringing my stuff from Spain.
Really good communication during the whole process
I'm sure we will use their service again.

Recomendable.

Professional person, he is also a really nice guy. My mum wasn’t taking the phone when he got to my house to deliver the parcels and he kindly waited for her for ages to come back, he kept being really nice and funny the whole time even if he was waiting for ages! Deffo recommend him.

Muchas gracias!!

Go to van is the most professional service and Domingo is the best! Reliable, honest and very kind!

Professional and friendly staff. They made the process very easy.

I highly recommend GotoVan. It is often quite complicated to find a reliable company to complete deliveries between the UK and the Canary Islands but hiring GotoVan has been the best decision ever! I have been detailed informed of each stage of the delivery since the shipment left the UK.
The team at GotoVan has been exceptional. Especially, Domingo who has been super helpful!
Also the box arrived in perfect conditions!
Keep doing what you doing :)
Thanks a lot, Jenn

They are very reliable. Highly recommend their services!
