Gotovan Omdömen

The guys are super helpful! I was so worried about moving my boxes from UK to Spain and they saved me all the headaches. Very recommended.

Gotovan team assisted me in each steps on my move London to Asturias, always with professionalism and friendly trate.Great Service, my things arrived perfectly but little delayed. I was say Thank you so much to Augusto, Willy and specifically to Domingo.
Couldn’t recommend!

Our experience was not entirely good. Domingo was friendly and cooperative during the process, and we had agreed on the dates more than two months in advance. However, just one week before the move he changed both the dates and the conditions: instead of the truck we had hired, he showed up with only a big van. This caused a lot of stress and worry, especially considering it was an international move. By then, we had already purchased our plane tickets, so we couldn’t be there to receive our belongings as planned, and we had to ask other people to step in and help unload everything with the driver, who was on her own.

In the end, everything did arrive in good condition, but due to the lack of reliability, I would not work with him again.

Totally recommend Gotovan! After 8 years in London, I moved back to Madrid and I was very stressed with barely any time to sort things out. Domingo was amazing, really helpful and friendly, always picked up the phone when I had questions and gave me all the advice I needed. All my stuff arrived just a few days later in perfect conditions.

Thanks a lot to the whole team!

I want to recommend the service of Gotovan for removals. I was very stress with moving my things back to Spain from UK-after 10 years I had a lot of things to move. Domingo was wonderful, answering my doubts about the paperwork and providing advise on how to pack things etc. They made the process easy and all my things arrived well.
