On September 17, 2025, I made a purchase from the website Gothic Mania and completed my payment. However, even after two months, the products have not been delivered to me. This so-called “seller” does not provide any phone number or address information on their website. The only thing they do is send automated emails.
This site is fraudulent and has unlawfully taken my money. Do not shop here, and warn others not to do so either. I believe many of the positive reviews are fake and written by the sellers themselves. Stay away. I sincerely hope that the legal authorities will take action soon.

I purchased worth of €400 items from Gothic Mania and wanted to return some of them due to not fitting properly. They advised me that the full refund will not be given due to a processing fee, which I agreed to. After sending the items and paying €55 postage, I was later notified by the local post that I have a package and need to pay €15 to retrieve it, which was the same package, since it was unclaimed by Gothic Mania. After going back and forth with multiple emails since June, I am still without a concrete solution, with clothes that don't fit, without my refund and with an additional €70 paid in postage for nothing.

Two items were missing from the order and nobody answers my emails since then....

when you try to return something they completely ignore you and dodge you until the return is past 30 days even if you have followed their instructions on proper return

AVOID AT ALL COST, Scammers, fake goods, ordered leather jeans and got PVC cheap shite, now they'll be some cost to return them back to the bin where they came from.

Absolutely would not recommend this trader. The returns policy is that... well there isn't one!! It's too expensive to return to China apparently and they don't offer refunds, instead a small discount on your next order is offered.

When the jumper I ordered eventually arrived (8-10 weeks later) it was smaller than stated in the size chart and didn't fit. I liked the item so stupidly ordered the next size up. After another 8-10 weeks or so imagine my annoyance when the new item arrived and was EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AS THE FIRST!!!! Avoid!!!!

Item to small .been told it will cost 20 pound to return dress to China .I refuse to pay 20 pound return fee .the dress says xl its more like a medium ...I was offered 40% code to buy something else ,but that means im giving them more money for something I dont want ..they refuse to give me a refund unless I return item which means another 20 pound wasted on something I cannot wear ...BEWARE nont buy from Goth mania unless you know the exact size nightmare company

If you’re looking for a reason not to buy from them, this is it. I bought a camo pullover from them that was listed as “cotton polyester blend” on their website. It shows up in the post and - what do you know! - it’s labelled 100% polyester… NOTHING like the picture whatsoever.

These guys are dropship scammers who steal other businesses pictures and give you garbage in return. I’m currently trying for a refund and will be disputing with my bank if they refuse.

These people will just take your money and run, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

* produit très cheap, ne représentant absolument pas les photos du site
* produit très cher pour ce que c'était
* J'ai dû renvoyer plusieurs mails avant d'avoir une réponse
* aucune possibilité de renvoi (pas d'entrepôt en Europe, obligé de renvoyer en Chine à prix exorbitant voire impossible)
* Ils ne proposent qu'un "dédommagement" si on peut appeler cela comme ça de -40% sur la prochaine commande qu'ils ne vous envoient jamais ! Aucun geste commercial ni compréhension de la part du site .

Shop offers poor quality of the goods at quite hight price. The goods I ordered proved to be low quality (especially the fabric - the very cheap one) Such items can be bought much cheaper than 80 eur (cargo pants + hooded trench coat) Also in addition the shop doesnt want to offer return even if he is obliged by EU law to do so - (I suspect it is a case of dropshipping, because teoretically shop is located in Lithuania). Dont buy anything from them, you can buy the same things directly from PRC much cheaper.

Gothic Mania has truly shown me to be manic at customer service / delivery. I ordered pants in July and have chased them regarding tracking delivery to this day. Customer services has now stopped responding. Emo theft at this rate - I would not recommend unless you are into throwing money into a dark bottomless pit never to see the light of customer delivery - Should have anticipated the dark arts of thievery, but now I’m just left with the darkest feeling of hopelessness and regret for giving them a chance.

Do not order from this company! Their products are poor quality and nothing like what’s advertised! How they have 4/5 star rating in beyond me.

They are now asking why I want a refund rather than giving me my money back ! I have photo evidence and have consumer rights to get every penny back.

I placed an order for pants through their website. Paid for item and received confirmation email. Did not receive any further correspondence. No tracking available and have emailed nearly 10 times over the last month to get an update to their support email with no response.

I ordered a leather jacket in brown and received a black one. I have mailed them several times to ask if they can exchange the jacket with the colour I ordered with the ordering details attached and no joy from them. I will not order from them again.

Fast delivery and the item was exactly as described. I'm a very satisfied customer. I wish all my online shopping experiences were as great as this one with GothicMania. Will definitely keep an eye out for other items on their website 😀

Horrible quality, for the amount you pay you should get something that doesn't smell like burnt plastic and feel like plastic. My jacket had a missing belt, came in wrong size and did not look like the pictures at all. The mesh sleeve jacket for women. Justina from the customer support makes the return and refund impossible and is being arrogant.
