Scam alert. Gothic Mania is selling a cardigan using the exact same product photo as Shein for €50.29 (conveniently “on sale” from €100.58, lol).
That very same cardigan costs €23.49 on Shein.
No difference. Same item. Same photo. Just a massive markup.
On Gothic Mania, the product is called “Men’s Skull Cardigan.”
On Shein, the same product is called “Manfinity Hypemode Skeleton Cardigan.”
Buyers should be aware of this kind of drop-shipping practice before wasting their money.

I ordered a dress for a special occasion 1 dress in xl after checking out my purchase i noticed another dress in a size small appeared on my order i tried calling for help but there is no contact info the company only provides a customer service email account I have left in the past month 7 email request and still I have had no response. this company vibes feels like a scam. beware !

I placed an order with Gothic Mania and only part of the order was delivered. Two items from my order were never received, even though the order was later marked as “delivered.”
I contacted customer support multiple times to ask for an update specifically about the two missing items, but I only received an automated ticket confirmation. No one followed up, and I never received any explanation, tracking update, or resolution regarding the missing items.
The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. I would have been satisfied with a clear update or replacement, but the complete absence of customer support made this experience very disappointing.
I recommend being cautious when ordering, especially if something goes wrong with delivery.

They're just scammers. They sent merchandise that doesn't match the photos shown. They don't respond to complaints or take days to do so. If they do, they first promise to issue a refund, then demand that we return the terrible, non-conforming merchandise at our expense. It's an incredible scam. Truly disrespectful and con artists. Don't fall for their trap!

Infatti anch'io vorrei fare un reso di taglia errata ,ma quello che mi propongono e tenere il prodotto e ricomprarlo con sconto 40%,perche dicono mi costerebbe troppo ritornare la merce , ma non sarebbe un problema loro , dovrebbero darmi possibilita' di restituire anche a mie spese , e invece aspettano che passi il tempo utile per la restituzione ,semplicemente disonesti....

Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service, ignores emails. Quality of product was very poor and definitely not as described in the picture. A dress was ordered and a corset with suspenders, a thong and a skirt arrived. Wrong size also received. Definitely would never use again. Asked for a return label and just being ignored.

I ordered 3 items from this company. Two of the items were delivered in a timely manner. After waiting a few weeks I sent an email to Gothic Mania letting them know I had not received the blue denim jacket I had ordered. They said they were aware and that some things take a little longer. I sent them another message about a month later and was told they were keeping an eye on the situation. It has been 6 months and I still have no jacket or no refund. I guess I just got ripped off on the jacket. I will never order from them again!

Received a hoodie completely different from what was presented on the site. Quite frankly they lied about what was being sold. It also came with stains and loose stitching. I’ve tried emailing them 10 days in a row to return and they will not respond at all. But they have never stopped sending me emails about holiday sales!

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The product I received did not meet my expectations at all and did not look like the product shown in the photos.

When I tried to return the item, I received an email offering a discount on a new product instead. According to the company, this would be cheaper for me, but this was not what I wanted. I clearly stated that I preferred to return the product and was willing to pay the return shipping costs myself.

After that, I tried to contact the company several times, but I never received a response.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company.

GM Customer service has been a huge let down which is unfortunate as I love their clothes and would have loved to order from them again. But after my 1st and only order being sent back as I was away and therefore unable to received it and after months the order just disappeared. And GM does not want to assume any responsibility or offer a credit note for the order. This is why companies have insurance with their courier services but they're just not interested! Shame!

This is a scam store.
After I paid, they said the item was out of stock,
and when I contacted them to exchange it for another item, they never replied.
It's been two months already.

Absolute scam website, ran by a company that runs many websites that are basically the same selling the same stuff with different names. I placed an order in haste and then worked out that the products are just dropshipped from China for 5x the price i did a quick reverse search and found them on alliexpress I then instantly 10 minutes after ordering tried to cancel but they've ignored my tickets, we'll see how the return process goes but I doubt they'll refund

I did receive the item in a timely manner. I tried it and it wasn’t the oversized look it looked like on the model and that I was looking for, so I wanted to return the item or exchange it for a bigger size. I wrote three emails to the company, and they never answered. The quality of the item wasn’t bad, but it’s imperative when you online shop to be able to exchange. So be warned there is a risk you get stuck with your order.

I ordered multiple clothing and accessory items and many of them had sizing issues or did not fit. Overall, the quality was below what I expected for the price, and I think other Chinese websites offer similar items for better value. I had to return most of the order for a refund, but the parcel has been stuck in customs in China for seven months. Gothic Mania has not provided any updates or contacted China Customs to have the items released. Really disappointing and a waste of money.

I needed a to do a return, either an exchange or a refund. When I sent them the request, I got ignored all the three times I e-maikwd them and my return mever happened. Prior to that, the dispatch took about 3,5 weeks, which mattered to me as I was going away.
Also, their quality is similar to Shein's with a higher price. Not worth it, unless you are happy taking a risk knowing you will not get a return.

I ordered a pair the skull baggy mens jeans and the picture says baggy but looks nothing like the picture, not baggy at all. Tight with a flare is what they are, the sizing is tiny, cheap material,. Not happy at all.

I ordered 2 items was happy with the jacket received but when the sweater eventually arrived it was a tiny package made from noticably thinner fabric than pictured. I've written numerous times to the support email address and they will not respond! Disappointed as I was hoping to purchase more from them but not after this. Will be telling friends to avoid too.

Item very thin I brought a women's hooded sweatshirt and it's very thin not a sweatshirt at all do not buy from them very expensive was £40.91 including delivery and probably only cost a couple of quid to make. Temu sell the exact same thing for £8 A sweatshirt is supposed to keep you warm but you could wear this in summer deffenatly won't be buying from this company again

I ordered a top and it arrived as a poor version of it with the wrong material and cheaper pattern. I e-mailed them and they said I have to pay for the delivery back to China and re-stocking fee.
