Hannah A. is absolutely the best. She helped guide us through the whole process of ordering hard hats and safety vests for our office. The products that they sell are top notch and the service even better.
Excellent customer service and problem resolution.
There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.

As the marketing manager for an architecture firm, we were in need of new, safe, and modern hard hats. Gorvex worked with us to choose a new hard hat for our office and was quick with shipping our order to us.

Gorvex went above and beyond helping me out with an order that didn't ship on time. They provided me a refund on express delivery and ended up 2 daying my order. Great customer support will do business again and recommend to others.
**Update** Lack of customer care on lost order
Placed an order 11.29.20 as of today I still have not received my item. I have called several times to inquire about my order. Yesterday I called and received a voicemail message stating it looks like my order is lost with USPS. When I called today to find out the resolution since it seems lost the response I got was that they have opened a claim for the item with its tracking number and that it is now out of Gorvex’s control and that I will have to wait for USPS to resolve. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering again from them in the future. In the past if an order has been lost by a shipper, a claim is opened but the sender resends the item(s). If I receive both then I call the place to let them know so I can return the duplicate. When I told them today that the way they are choosing to handle issue is unacceptable the person I was speaking with did not seem to care to which I then advised my disappointment with them in handling the issue and that I will not be ordering from them again in the future.
As an update to my original post....I did receive my package on 12.18.20. I would also like to add that I did get a follow-up call from someone else (Rebecca?) at Gorvex, who was much better in explaining the process should USPS not find my package. Her demeanor in regards to my frustration for the delay and lost package was much better than my experience earlier in the day with the other representative I first spoke with that day. I greatly appreciate the time the second person took to call me and discuss the situation further with me and give me a better explanation to their process for lost packages.
I updated my original review rating from 1 to 3 rather than 4 because of the lack of communication with the first person I spoke to regarding the lost package and it doesn’t allow me to do a half star rating or I would change to 3.5.
