I am SO incredibly glad that we made the decision to book our trip to Ireland with Gorailtravel! We have 7 adults and 4 children traveling, and from the very beginning, Tristan was such a HUGE help!! He took the time to send over breakdowns of each room, every family member, and even sent us over a video to show us all of the different areas we were going to visit (which we absolutely LOVED). We were able to see the hotels we will be staying in, excursions, road names and recommendations, etc! If we wanted to adjust anything, he made it happen! It felt personalized to exactly what we wanted, and we feel he truly took the time to listen! We are so excited! Thank you, Tristan!!

Alex has done a fantastic job in setting up our Scotland rail trip for September 2027. We gave her our ideas on what we would like to see next year. Alex came up with a great trip. However, we didn't realize the number of days it would take to see everything, so I discussed a shorter trip and Alex set up a trip that meets our goals. Alex has been professional, answers my overseas calls and texts quickly and a joy to work with. She has had a positive attitude in my discussions with her.

We are taking our kids and grandchildren to Ireland for a family trip. Wasn't really sure where to start on the planning. Saw an ad for GoRail and sent in my info. Sean contacted me and what a blessing he has been. He took our hopes and desires and turned them into a very exciting trip. We just booked a wonderful trip to Scotland with GoRail travel. Our schedule has been hectic this summer so we booked last minute (August) for a trip in September. Joe was able to put together a varied itinerary and listened to our wishes to stay a few nights in each stop. The hotels look beautiful and are walkable to the train station allowing us to avoid driving and still see the Highlands as well as the cities. Joe sent a video of our itinerary, personally narrated, which was extremely helpful. We look forward to our trip!

We have been waiting for this trip a long time. We were trying to gather enough information to plan it. I ran across an advertisement for GoRailTravel. I didn’t expect to get so far but I did!
We were ask to give some basic answers and were given an abundance of offerings to chose from!! We didn’t want to drive through the trip and had talked about a train tour but not sure how to put it all together having not traveled there before.
I was contacted by Joe and talked about what we wanted to do and visit. In just a few minutes we had a trip planned!!! Wow! We were able to put together a great trip for three weeks to see Scotland and Ireland. Joe made a video about the trip. It explained accommodations, activities and transportation. All in one place!
We had a call with Joe to talk about all of it and get answers to questions that we had. We were able to talk about adding in things that we really want to see.
Joe told us that from now until our trip is finished, he is available to us for any questions or concerns. That’s nice to have someone to call if anything goes off.
All that we need to do is make travel arrangements to Edinburgh. We can’t wait!

A friend invited me to Scotland at the last minute. I wasn’t going to go, as I wasn’t up to the hassle of international travel. Then I saw the video Alex made of the itenerary my friend designed. Alex added stops that aren’t normally.part of tours. The video showed photos of where we would go and what we might see. There were pictures of our accommodations and a map of the route. With all that, there was the flexibility to live our own adventure without hassle. I signed right up. We’ve already asked Alex to suss out the next trip…to Ireland.

Tristan went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. He made thoughtful suggestions which were sincerely appreciated by this first time international traveler, and worked with me to stay within budget. High praise!
