WARNING: Vehicle damage, contract breach, and zero accountability!
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from gopark. My experience was a complete disaster from start to finish.
Vehicle Damage: Upon returning from vacation, I found a significant dent/scratch on my front bumper. Their employee acknowledged the damage on-site and even took photos for documentation (I have photographic proof of him doing this).
Zero Communication: Since then, they have completely ignored me. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. To make matters worse, they have now blocked my phone number. They are clearly trying to avoid liability.
Hidden Fees & Shady Tactics: Despite my contract clearly stating that transportation for 4 people was included, they tried to pressure us into paying extra cash on the spot. This is a blatant breach of contract and highly unprofessional.
Poor Service: We were left waiting at the terminal for ages. The staff was incredibly rude; when I complained about the wait and the damage, I was told "book somewhere else next time."
Conclusion: This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you value your car and your nerves, do not book here. I am now forced to take legal action to recover the damages.
