Excellent service, they collected my parcels from my house on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered to a different part of the country the very next dayHighly recommend!

Great service, cheaper than i thought it would be, so easy and my parcel was delivered the next day.

Very easy to book and fantastic service. Sent a package to Spain, it was picked at 11 : am on Thursday and delivered to madrid on Friday morning at 12:00 noon.

Super bad service, I order some goods which were delivered by UPS to this collection point and first of all the staff wasn't there when UPS tried to delivered the packaged twice. UPS Sent me a notification saying "We couldn't find the place open" so that delayed my package two weeks. Then when I finally tried to collect my parcel, the staff wasn't there again, So I called them and the guy on the phone told me "I can't be there now but I'll close at 6pm so come before 6pm" so that was the plan and he called be back on the same day saying "I have to leave early so I will leave your package OUTSIDE THE DOOR with more boxes but yours will be the last one so nobody will touch it. So I had to send my friend and the staff give the package but didn't even ask for ID or ask a single word. On top of that he didn't know I sent my friend to collect the package and I was trying to call him to notify him but he just didn't pick up the call and he saw my friend outside the door and he just gave the package to him assuming it was me.
