Avoid! Will take your money, not send your product then ignore you!

a day or two after placing my order i had alerts from my bank saying someone else had attempted to use my card. certain it was from this website as i hadn’t ordered from anywhere else and it was my first time shopping here. either they’re copying bank details or their website isn’t secure at all

They don’t send out your products and don’t reply to any messages. Defo a scam! Looks legit though so be careful!

Order made on 24th March and money taken immediately but no goods received, no tracking showing and not able to contact the company. Not able to contact by phone and no reply to numerous emails sent.
DON’T order from them as they don’t appear to be a good company to deal with and that’s if they even exist.

This is the worst company to deal with. Made my purchase in February, got a confirmation email and nothing since. I have been mailing every week since March and no reply. Absolute scammers. My advice to anybody considering purchasing from here, don't waste your money.

Having read the reviews I am regretting placing an order for patches after reading an article in The Sun on the Apple News app.

I’ve emailed 3 times & got no response & finally found a phone number on my bank transaction but was just cut off!

So far I’m totally unimpressed.

There was a telephone number on my bank transaction which I called & is not actually the company….

Finally got a reply saying they had too many orders that couldn’t be fulfilled so I asked for a refund. Got another email saying refund would be with me within 10 days! That’s was 11 April & still not been refunded.

And really finally, the refund was never received but I did a VISA dispute & got my money back.

Paid in January, never received any package, never received an an answer to any of my emails.
All they keep sending me are marketing emails to buy more products.
I'd like to get my money back!
DO NOT use this website they're scammers.

Still waiting on my order since Jan. customer service non existent they do not answer emails at all. Stay clear

Waiting on my order since the 14..02.24.I have sent numerous messages and emails and Havnt heard anything back.Will not be ordering anything from this website in the future

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with had a massive custom charge so left it be returned so never got product and over a month emailing for refund and totally being ignored do not purchase from this supplier

The Peel Mitt took over 2 weeks to arrive. I’ve asked for a refund several times to no avail. Their customer service seems non existent. Nobody answering my several emails to return this for a refund!!

I enjoyed the products however their customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for my order to arrive and when I have attempted to contact them regarding this issue on multiple occasion, I have heard nothing back. Absolutely awful service.

The WORST customer service you can imagine.
I bought the forehead and neck patches back in September and loved the results. However, despite following the exact instructions provided on the pack, they completely lost tack and I have been unable to use them again. They also started to get holes in! Incredibly expensive for a one use product. I believe the products I received were faulty and submitted two enquiries via their website. One in November and a second in December. I received no response. I have since emailed their customer service and again; no response. They do not reply to any messages on Instagram, Facebook, etc. How they can run a business and completely ignore their social media and neglect all customer service, is utterly beyond me. Sad as the products themselves were good (if they weren’t faulty!) but the customer service is the worst I have ever come across. Avoid.

Delivery of my order arrived quickly. I was very keen to try out the ‘Power Of The Peel Mitts’. After using it the first time on my legs I immediately noticed the difference. My legs felt smoother. I’ve been using the Mitt for a few weeks now and it has really helped with the little bumps that I had previously on my legs as well as the reduction of ingrowing hairs. I highly recommend this product.

Being 53 and always looked after my skin but neglected my decolletage area I thought I'd try the chest patches having seen reviews online. I tried using overnight but I move an awful lot in the night so they didn't stay on. I have however started using every evening after work till bedtime and noticed a big reduction in lines.
