Placed order 30 days ago and still not received order. Have tried contacting them numerous times with no response. It appears that this is a SCAM company. Don't order anything from them.

The product I ordered has never been sent. The company sent me a tracking code but Evri has yet to receive the product - it’s been over 4 weeks wait. No response to emails either. Scam company, do not bother wasting your money.

Ordered products but never arrived bloody scam.

The products were delivered after two weeks of waiting. They're really not that good, at all. They don't remain stuck to four skin! Especially the neck and chest ones.
I've tried to contact the company to make sure the subscription is cancelled, and they have ignored every message I've sent. I've sent two emails, and two online messages through their own system.
Utterly appalling business skills.

It seems all the most recent reviews are the same... take your money and no delivery
I've emailed I've dm them on Instagram, no replies.
I will report my payment to my bank as fraudulent

I ordered something which was meant to be delivered within 7 days. I sent two emails to follow up on my order and got zero response. If I don’t get the item I ordered I will have to claim the money back through my credit card company.

I am totally disappointed with this company, they don’t have any customer service, be very careful about ordering anything from them.
I made an order with this company and it has accidentally being sent to someone else, I have tried to contact this company several times by email, there is no other way to contact them, so I’m worried that my order will never reach me.

Have not received my order, it's been over 2 months. They have not replied to any of my numerous emails over the last month. Now my emails are bouncing back as it says, that the email address (given on website) does not exist. I would recommend NOT to buy anything from this site unless you want to lose your money like me!

I gave two stars as i really like the products.
If this was based on customer service alone then I would not give any stars.
I ordered products early last year and loved them so decided to place a bigger order to stock up and had nothing but issues.
I understand getting overwhelmed (Which I assume is what happened) but you can't state on your website that you will ship in 5 days and then just not keep customers posted about delays ect.
I finally received my order yesterday, a month after ordering. I emailed the company a couple of times in that month and had no response so was about to report them to my credit card company as a scam.
I certainly won't be ordering again, which is a shame as the products are decent.

I have not received my order and have emailed 3 times to chase this up and received no response. The delivery says that it will be within 7 days, but I am over two weeks now and still no sign of it, it is not even showing as dispatched. I would not recommend using this company - the customer service is appalling.

Scam company, they do not send items. DO NOT USE!!

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is a joke. Placed an order in April was told it would arrive within 7 days. It’s now June, I have emailed them 3 times with no response! Thankfully I payed through Klarna so they have stopped the payment. Please don’t waste you’re time..it’s so frustrating

If I could give no stars I would!! Placed an order on Sunday 24th MARCH!! Still no sign. They have replied to my correspondence only once apologising for the delay and saying the at they would double my order due to the “outage of products”. They do not have a telephone number listed and no reply to my many emails. Last heard was that the order was “on its way to Evri”. That was 21st MAY!! When looking on the Evri site they are “expecting it”. Which way is it coming from the North East? Via the Himalayas!?! Save your money and the frustration - don’t go near them!!

Shocking service. Ordered on 5 May, finally received yesterday 1 June! Never any replies to emails asking where my order was. Really wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot and their own Facebook sites first instead of going by posts on a hints and tips facebook page! Lesson learned. Never experienced such an appalling company. I would NEVER use them again. No idea what the actual product is like as haven't used it as yet but even if they are any good, I still would never order off them again purely for their complete lack of communication and not actually knowing if I was ever actually going to receive what I paid for. Also any negative reviews on their website are never published as my first one never appeared nor has my second one!!! I have also noticed that the director of the company posted a positive review!!! Says it all really!

Appalling service and no product ever received. I doubt I'll ever get a refund from them either as zero response. My advice....don't order!

Absolutely terrible company avoid at all costs. Ordered 4th May, still not received. Tried numerous ways to contact - no avail. Finally got a reply via facebook offereing a refund but still not received that or the item. Won't respond to emails. Wish I'd looked at this before ordering.

Order hasn’t arrived after ordering 28th april. despite reaching out several times via email. No reply. Will contact bank now.
